I have ordered this time and previously with Zolucky. I love the product/items, however the only problem I have is that it takes forever to receive them..
This website was very easy to navigate. I had no problem finding the items I was searching for. However, when some of the items arrived, they were much smaller than they appeared on the website. I decided to keep them because I do not want to spend extra money to return them.
Fit has been hit or miss; some things are great and some are not. I'm trying to get a refund for an item, and it is proving VERY difficult.

Wish they had more info about fabric. They included machine wading and dry cleaning on the same item. Since the fabric was not defined, I am unsure how to clean item. US regulations state that fabric must be defined on clothing label, usually on left inside seam for tops.

I had been looking for a very soft house jacket for my mother in law. Zolucky had what I was looking for. It was perfect.
Bought 5 items; tried to return 3. Support doesn't provide return address (in China) & offers a 15% refund if you keep the purchases, so they don't have to process returns. I kept items, but they don't fit & products aren't quite what is pictured on the site. Will not buy from Zolucky-or their other numerous companies-again.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds. They are not a legitimate business, but no regulations in China is my guess. Buyer Beware! Shop Elsewhere!
