The clothes are very cheaply made and do not look like the pictures. Returns, regardless of the reason, are the responsibility of the customer. The return process or address is not readily available. The hoops that you have to jump through eat into the amount of time you have to return packages. The online chat is maintained by bots, so you only get prepared statements that are no different than the ones found on their website. So, I would say to the buyer to beware. What you receive will definitely not be what you get. Trust me, I learned the hard way.
I ordered some things from Zolucky in October,2022 and only received 3 items in In January 2023,so I checked on my order status today February 13,2023 and I was told out of stock. I just want my money back from this company but reading some of the reviews on BBB its impossible. Don't order from this Zolucky because you will not get what you ordered and you might not get your money back. Run away from this site!
My order arrived I was happy with the sweater until I opened it up and saw what a shabby job they did of putting it together. Very poor workmanship the side seams are loosely sewn that you can see the stitches right through the right side of sweater. Wanted to return but was told it would be very costly as it ships back to China and customer pays shipping and other expenses, I was offered a 25% refund and keep the sweater. Very poor business practices. It would have been more costly for me to ship it to China. If I'd been aware items come from China I would never have ordered anything. I am very dissatisfied with Zolucky and will not be ordering from this company again due to the workmanship of product and return policy.
First time ordering from this site, I hope I won't be disappointed.
Attractive designs. Found out that one of the items ordered was out of stock. Always told me that when the item shipped I would get an email. Never happened. The items just showed up.

Your site can be so overwhelming... so many pretty things to look at! Sizing is not consist...I measured myself...paid attention their sizing chart and ordered accordingly. Yet, out of 2 orders and I have only 2 tops that are "close" enough to wear. One other thing that would help is better descriptions for fabric used...some descriptions have several different fabrics listed and fabric make or breaks clothing...because with the right kind of fabric, if a "size" is close...it makes it more wearable.

Although I am delighted with the shirt, the delivery process and tracking were disappointing.
Have not tried on some of the items, but one was a gift and I gave it to them and they were happy

I loved the products! The reviews were helpful and the clothes were a great deal.
Almost everything I loved. The black stretchy pants were more like a griddle so I didn't were them and the blue Jean pants weren't sewn properly around the waist so they torn every time I pulled them up. The shirts were very nice.Ty for asking.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds. They are not a legitimate business, but no regulations in China is my guess. Buyer Beware! Shop Elsewhere!
