I ordered two sweaters for Christmas gifts and they were both trash. I will never order from Zolucky again.
Customer service was less than cooperative when I wanted to return my products. I did return them and submitted a tracking number. I am awaiting refund on my credit card. It has been one week since mailing and I have yet to receive acknowledgment yet.

Easy to find beautiful items and to check out with no problems
Not really sure if there are even products from this "store". They will take your money, create an order number and a "tracking number", but that's it. The shipment will be "in transit", "unconfirmed", "misplaced", and finally "lost". But don't expect a refund. Some reviews seem to indicate that an actual product was sent, but it was a ridiculous knockoff that didn't resemble what was advertised. Can't believe I fell for this.

I would have appreciate an email confirming my order. When I wrote to check on my order I was informed I did not have one yet, my funds were dispersed to your company. I contacted my band and made a complaint. My order came a few days ago. Two of the dresses do not fit. I contacted your company and was told not to return the merchandise, as my funds have already been returned to me. I have since made another purchase and have not gotten a confirmation for that order.
The last time I ordered, there was not record of my order, yet the clothing arrived. I hope I get confirmation of my order as soon as possible.

Shipping price is much more than expected. I also wanted to return items as they did not fit properly and was told that along with the return shipping price I may also have additional charges and possible custom fees. Also one item I ordered was advertised as a sweater. It was not. It was just a polyester shirt.

This is my first experience at the store, the selection and variety of clothing is very alluring and was a pleasure. I will be back for sure.
Dress was much bigger than the measurements. The return requirements were very hard to meet and couldn't be sure they would honor them and only offered a small % of the price charged!
Items need to be returned to our fulfillment center and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. For goodwill, we would offer some alternative solutions to our customers. Sorry that you're not satisfied with that.
The detailed measurements of different products on our website differ even in the same size.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
