Good experience! I had a few questions at the beginning, but they were worked out! Merchandise shipped to me in very excellent packaging.

Will wait till I receive the order. But niw I have to return product. It arrived too late for my vacation

Your prices are good but shipping rates are high and not competitive. Sites like STYLEWE and SHEIN are much more reasonable. This will be my one and only purchase.

Not satisfied with the quality of the materials and the sizing of the garments and shoes.

If you wear an XS and think a S will work, it really doesn't unless you are closer to the S size. They have so many cute things but, unfortunately, out of all of the items I ordered in the Size S, only one top really fits—the others I will have to have a seamstress alter—sleeve length and a little through the chest area—since the items were not expensive, I can justify paying a seamstress to do some altering. I must say that the quality was better than expected.

Loved the site, hated the results the fabrics were awful. Shame on the descriptions. Sent it back and HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED! STEALING IS WRONG!

Even the smallest size is too big for me and all of the items I ordered and hardly anything comes in cotton, so I think I'm finished with Zolucky

Was looking for short sleeve, longer shirt lengths and preferably v-neck.

Return process unsatisfactory! Wanted me to keep product and give me 15% credit of the purchase price. The shoes cost me $30. They wanted to give me $5 credit to keep them or return to China at my cost. So I have shoes I can't wear and a $25 loss.

WEBSITE REASONABLY EASY TO NAVIGATE. The long sleeved tee shirts are labelled Small as I ordered but they are huge and probably even bigger than Medium. I am 5' 2" and weigh 100lbs and
Fit most small sizes. The garments are well made so luckily I have a much bigger friend who liked
Them, but they must be checked for sizing. I will not be ordering anything more from Zolucky.

I have ordered a few times and like the products but the return is to difficult I finally gave up and feel forced to keep the items that do not fit and will never order or recommend this company so sooty but you need to improve on your return

Items look wonderful but the prices are very high. I would order more if the prices were lower.
