I went to purchase 2 items a blouse and shoes as a new customer and when I went to apply discount with code it said not available so I logged out and restarted and I had difficulty because the 18% discount for a new member wasn't applied. The Bridal Shoes which were too big and damaged, I h ad to take numerous photos to prove it and yet they continued to deny I ever sent photos Hopefully I get refunded in full as they only wanted to pay less than half for $38.00
This is a first for me. The cute designs caught my eye and I ordered. Didn't know how long arrival would take. Packages came in small groups. Nothing fit well- medium fits like large. I am returning which is difficult and expensive- shipping fees to China snd possibly of custom fees- didn't realize this when I ordered. Not likely yo order again due to fit, slow arrival and problems getting my money back once items are returned.

I completely understand your feelings. As our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China so the return country is also China. We are currently working to resolve the issue to own our overseas return warehouse and also improve our products.

This is a first for me. I love the creative shirt designs and Cathy sayings. Appreciate the coupons or free shipping or I wouldn't have ordered. Hope my merchandise is delightful and fits when it arrives.
Still have 2 orders I paid for and have not received. Ordered several weeks ago. I am not impressed that you took my money charged my credit card and have not delivered my items.

You make it easier for an older person's to buy things, but getting items in one at a time then a big bag of shirts but are still missing I think around 3/4 shirts.
Clothes arrived too big. I wanted to exchange, but returning requires a photo of each item I needed to down load and send. This is a n nuisance, but ok fine. Only problem is their system can't handle pics and shuts down. Despite at least 6 attempts at various times, the system continues to shut down. Now I'm out $150 and have clothes I can't wear. It makes me sad since the tops were very nice, surprisingly good quality in materials and workmanship and were a great price.
The trouble and time I wasted trying to return and exchange them was exasperating. Won't bother using them again. Oh! And I was expected to pay for the returns to China—very peeving.
So far so good. Will evaluate quality once items arrive.

The clothes that I received did not fit me. They were too small and did not follow the measurements stated in the descriptions. According to the descriptions, I would wear a Small. In actuality, I should have ordered a Medium.
No help with sizing problems and product sizing charts are in error.

So far it is easy. I like the material. It light and airy.
Can't find such a large selection of colorful clothes at such a reasonable price here in the U.S. Good quality and fit as well. Very pleased.
The clothing looks nice online, however, when I ordered them, and received my items, the quality of the material was not what I expected. Also, the patterns were not the same as pictured. I wanted to make a return for a full refund, but the cost to ship the items back to China was astronomical so they offered me a 30% credit and keep the items that I do not want. Lesson learned and I will never order from Zolucky ever again.
Had to keep refreshing but ok other than I can't get a better shipping offer I'm willing to pay for! And lastly, I have only received one out of two orders! So basically I'm out over $100 n no order!?

Clothes look nice but hoped. They would be as beautiful when I got the actual clothes. They don't look good on me. Nor do they fit well.
They look much better in the pictures and on their models. Other then one pair of pants everything looked bad and. Didn't fit well. Tops were Big and Baggy. Sleeves were too long. The dress was too tight across my chest. I cannot wear these clothes.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds. They are not a legitimate business, but no regulations in China is my guess. Buyer Beware! Shop Elsewhere!
