I would not give this ANY stars if I didn't have to. My first order to Zoluck was on 11/23/2022. Went pretty crazy with over $100 spent with the Christmas sales. I JUST, now, 3/17/2023 received the last piece of my order. I tried, 3 TIMES, to return most of this order back in November as the quality of the products was so poor I for one certainly did not want to wear them and I am not that picky. Absolutely NO response. Got tired of trying and donated the clothes. Ordering? You bet easy. Beyond that...good luck. Get what you pay for? There could not be a better example than this one. Purchased four dresses three fit one did not.requested a return for the one that didn't fit, received a return but no instructions and no return address to send it to. Recieved an email offering me 15% off if I didn't return it. I did not reply to the email as return policy is confusing and complicated. Loved the dresses but will not purchase anymore from this company Zolucky. I will donate this one dress to a woman's shelter.
I ordered a Large and received a small. I like it but am returning it. I need a replacement in LARGE.

I have had bad experiences with Companies I have never delt with but decided to take another chance, I would tell you that if the tops I ordered come to me and look like they do online and the quality is good, then you will have a lifetime customer and I will tell everyone about you but if I have a bad experience it will be too bad on your part because you will not get repeat customers, I am hoping for the best! Been burned because of quality, I am willing to pay more for quality! The clothes you show look absolutely adorable! Keeping fingers crossed!

Horrible. Tried to return a few things. They were not what I ordered. Shoes were too big. Had to pay to ship to China. Did not respond to my request. Never will order again from them. I felt stupid because I didn't look for reviews from this company.

When reading description of pants & seeing model wearing them I ordered. Very much different than what I received. I believed they were for tall women NOT! The product I received was not the color that was described. It's more a purple rather than a gray. Also. I did. It like the material all. The underneath is white-that was a surprise.
I wanted to return it but found out it was sent from China. That would have been too expensive some to return. I contacted the vendor and was told that I would receive a $15.00 refund if I choose to keep it. I have not seen the $15.00 credit as yet. A not so good experience.

Return policy is a scam. The sizes are larger then other companies, so if you try and return an item, they offer you a discount to keep it because their return department is in China and you have to pay return shipping. A lot of good a discount is going to do if you can't wear it because it is too big. If you decide to order from them, concider ordering a size smaller than you wear. And always read the fine print.
I received items all separate and took a long time to receive.

Different items have such different measurements. All fit but the sizes are so different. I could ave ordered one size larger on some of the shirts.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
