Great website but paying $12.49 to ship a dress and top is too expensive. Lots of other sights offer free shipping. I have been very dissatisfied with everything I have received from you so far. Unfortunately for me I have now wasted a lot of money on shipping fees. I also have 4 items I can not return because they are "final Sale"
Can't wait to see the quality. Well that's what I said at first but when I saw it NOT a single item fit. All were labeled in the correct size but none were sized correctly. Sometimes that can happen especially with dresses for example. But a size 7 pair of sandals, actually labeled size 7 but had to be at least a size 9 is an example of poor quality control. If that were not enough, I have never seen such repressive, deliberately difficult, and punitive return policies in my entire life and I am almost 75. Having to send these items all the way back to China when they came from, what I assume was a warehouse in California was simply aimed at maximizing your profit while minimizing any customer satisfaction that might accrue. And, since your first off when I listed the items to be returned was that you'd refund me a total of 15% of the items purchased as a refund and I could 'keep the garments ' clearly shows that you are aware of how shoddy your sizing is. Now, I have not yet received my refund, and IF in fact, YOU decide to give me a complete refund, I am still OUT almost $70.00 for the cost of mailing and customs to China for YOUR clothes. IF you add that $70.00 to my refund and refund that total amount, which will be close to $190.00 total THEN I will not spend the next 30 days or so "dinging" your company eloquently online with every social media site to which I belong.

I received several codes for discounts. But when i tried to use them it said they would not apply. I sent several emails to service and didn't always get really good info. In searching for items it was hard to tell what was a flash sale or other reasons the discount would not work

I purchased several items from Zolucky and received one item. When I called to see when I would get the rest of my order, customer service told me that it was shipped and it went to an address in California. I told the customer service rep that I live in Texas and she preceded to tell me that she was sorry and she couldn't do anything about it. No refund or items. Please don't order anything from this company. I hope they go out of business soon! They should have negative stars!

Customer service is terrible. My wife ordered some blouses and only one was to her liking. One blouse appears to be a defect in which they requested she send some pictures of the blouse (which she did). The other blouse was way too big and she wanted to send that one back as well. They responded that the they will only offer a 15% cash refund ($6) or we would have to pay for the return and any subsequent custom fee. Although the error was their fault. I would highly discourage any one from ordering from this company to keep from them from going throught this frustration.

I was a little concerned at first because I have been scammed before. So when my first email arrived saying that part of my order had shipped, I was worried. The first part of my order arrived the day after the specified date, and then the second part arrived almost a week before it's due date. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
