I had a very positive experience from ordering easily on their site to receiving the package in the mail.
I ORDERED OVER $120 WORTH OF CLOTHS 2 MONTHS AGO. I GOT THE 3 CHEAP ITEMS AND THEN WAITED AND WAITED NO CLOTHES SO ASKED AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 30 DAYS i CANCELED AND NOW UNABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. SCAMMING CHINA PEOPLE. WAITING FOR IT TO COME TO USA. IT IS NOW GOING ON 3 MONTHS ALL I WANT IS MY $86 BUCKS BACK. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY.
Great selection, prices, and smooth shopping process. Product wasn't what I expected. I thought they were t-shirts, but they weren't. Said to wash separately, dry clean recommended. I washed them with other delicates and hung to dry. They were fine.
I am very intrigued by the clothing on this site. Styles, colors are beautiful. However, I did reach out to Zolucky regarding three of the seven items I ordered to return. Their site said I would receive and email response with in 24 hours. I have heard nothing. Plus it took so long to rec'v my order without any follow up comments, for example, "order rec'd," "order on its way with tracking number given," etc. So when I finally rec'd it I was glad. But three items from that order need to be returned with specific information that I sent through their Zolucky site and still no response after over a week! If I am able to successfully return my items I will definitely shop with Zolucky again.
This site is my style! Can't believe there are so many gorgeous styles and colors. I hope everything I bought is rec'd as ordered, as some say is not the case. I will consider changing my star rating if I get a response

A little confusing with "chance" at free & 10% discount. Last purchase resulted in return dispute. Blouse arrived with sleeves too long. Stitching is incomplete and material is cheap. Blouse is fragile and made to snag or just fall apart with every wearing. She is making do as Seller requires that returns be made to China!
Just saw the ad and pretty sandals are so hard to find. (so many of them are very masculine). May need to return these due to size.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds. They are not a legitimate business, but no regulations in China is my guess. Buyer Beware! Shop Elsewhere!
