Everything I've purchased has been great. Shipping is a bit slow but worth the wait. Found some really good bargains.
Everytime I shop at Zolucky, I find great deals on awesome merchandise.
When I received the products I ordered, I discovered that the fabrics are not as nice as they look in the pictures, and the prints are not as vivid as the advertisements. Also, the care labels all say the same thing, regardless of fabric content (which it does not show), which is something to the effect of "line dry only" and "dry clean preferred." (This is even though the fabric is mostly polyester as far as I can tell). The sizing is accurate, which I appreciate.
I just kept putting more in my cart because they were cute and reasonable.
Return policy is practically nonexistent. You highly discourage anyone from returning. I have never encountered this in 20 years of shopping online
Didn't like the way the shoes fit. I tried them on but the boots hurt my ankles and I didn't like the way the green shoes looked on me. I am waiting for a return.

The clothing looks nothing like the pictures and is made of very cheap synthectic material. It is shipped to you within the United States but in order to get a refund, you have to ship to CHINA! The shipping is more that the clothing.,. Oh, thery do offer a 15% reimbursment fee if you want to return it. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Disappointed returns are not possible because company is in China and shipping and import fees make it too expensive for returns. So be careful what you order and hope that it fits and is same as pictured.

Ordering was simple. However, it has been nearly 5 weeks since I placed my order, and I have not heard one word about when — or even IF — I will receive it. I keep getting requests and surveys for comments on my level of satisfaction, but I am definitely not satisfied at this point in the process.
