The fabric is really flimsy and smells terrible on the clothes Zolucky sells. Likewise, if you want to return items (and be careful, you can't return accessories and other items at all) - you pay the shipping to send them back to China! This is NOT mentioned on their return policy.

I placed and order for 6 items. I received the first 2 just fine. The last 4 items they shipped with the incorrect zip code. And they won't replace and blame me for the zip code error. How is that possible when I received part of the order.Will refund 35% which is not good enough. Please be careful when you order. Ships from China.

Do NOT shop from this company! I wish I had known beforehand to read the reviews before I made a purchase. Once receiving the merchandise, they don't look as advertised! When you try to return, you get an email requesting you to keep the merchandise and they will give you 15% of the total back! I refused that crazy offer, which would've only given me $9.59 of my $64.00 total.
To make matters worse, they have the audacity to send you a Return Shipping Label that ships all the way to CHINA!
These people need to be STOPPED!

I have ordered clothing 3 times from this company and am very pleased with the items I received. One time I ordered a dress that they no longer had in stock and was instantly refunded back into my acct., did not even have to ask about it. Then I was notified when they had stock so that I could order it again. I recommend them for cute cloths, well put together and material is of excellent. I get many compliments when wearing things from here.
This was the first and last time I will order from Zolucky. The dresses were nothing like the pictures and the smallest size is small. I wear a 0 and I can't return them because they are in China and they don't accept returns. My fault for not checking first but if you order from them, please know that the sizes are huge and the quality is less than acceptable.

The website is easy to use and the selection is great.
Shopping was ok, but have problems showing all items at check-out
I Like a lot of their styles. The only thing you have to realize is that the colors won't be as bright as they appear in the photos. Also some of the prints may be different. I have bought several items before and the clothing does hold up in the wash Pay attention to the size chart on each item. They vary.
This company has a FRAUDULENT return policy. I bpught an item that was too large so asked ZoLucky to return the item. That informed me that you must pay for return postage per their posted polcy but they fail to say that you MUST SHIP TO CHINA! THE COST OF SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE AND CAN BE MORE THAN THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT THAT IS BEING RETURNED. This is ironic Because the item I received was shipped from their warehouse onLy 12 miles from where I live, When I informed ZoLucky of that, they said that the product can only be returned to their "RETURN WAREHOUSE".

Said I got a 15% discount on first order and gave me a code, When I placed the order it wouldn't accept the code. I went ahead and purchased the shoes.
Def need to see items from different views and up close. Also lacking specific sizing details. I would like to zoom in on item to see material up close and also see item from rear

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
