I wish I could give negative stars. The clothes are JUNK! The material is horrible I have never felt anything like it. You have to pay for return shipping which is more than you pay for the junk. It doesn't look anything like the website. Everything runs big even if you would want to wear it which I don't. The clothes come with a different tag not Zoolucky. I think this so called company is a scam. I have read many horrible reviews. I wish I would have read them before ordering.

Did not the sizing - It looks like a floral sack. Very little thought to womens shape.
I purchased two items and the sizing chart didn't work correctly. I measured myself and ordered 2 tops. 1 large was bigger than an extra large and the other large was a 3 to 4 extra large. Both were on a good sale, but to ship back would have cost me more than what I paid, so I donated them to charity. Probably won't order again!

Love the selections. They were lovely beautifully made.
It was disappointing when I needed to return my order because the shirts were all too big. I tried to follow their sizing guidelines. Then I learned the clothes go back to China! I was offered a 15% of cash return if I didn't return and pay for shipping. The quality of shoes and sport bras was poor.

Ordered 5 pair of pants. I'm a size small. Three pair look like they would fit a small child. The two pair that DID fit; shrunk to child size as well.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
