I was very disappointed in the quality of the clothing from Zolucky. What I purchased looked nothing like the pictures. The description says a "cotton sweater" but when it came it was a very thin cheap polyester. Another dress I purchased had a similar description. The picture looks like a soft flowy cotton but is actually a very cheap polyester with no weight. I will not buy from them again.
I ordered 5 items from this website and they are all TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, I didn't read reviews until after the clothes arrived. They are basically not returnable, otherwise I would send them all back. A total loss of money. The clothes are a cheap knockoff of the items pictured. The fit is terrible. The quality is the lowest possible. The photos show nice variations in the fabric and fancier seems. The actually clothing doesn't have any of this. What appeared to be a sweater was actually white polyester with printed design color on it. Felt more like a Christmas decoration. Do not buy anything! This is a scam.

The clothes looked great online, stylish and different than the items I've seen before. My order took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, I was dismayed with the quality. They all looked really chinzy and the fits were not good. The sweaters are thin, and a cute neck scarf is too complicated to assemble on myself. I decided to return the whole order of 6 items. I had to email a report of each item and why I wanted to return it and to wait up to 48 hours for a reply. The reply came fast, though, only to tell me that it is very difficult to return since the return has to go to China! They offered a 15% return of my money in case I didn't want to go through the cumbersome and risky return to China. I will take the 15% and also will fill out an unsubscribe for future emails from them.

When you put in tracking you find that every item was sent separately and it is a nightmare to try to keep track of all the different orders and when they will arrive. Some seem to have stopped at one location and be stuck there for a week.

Answer: The garment is manufactured in China and you have to send it back to China, which often costs more than the item.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
