Their clothes look gorgeous but they come from China -- so if you order something and are surprised by the shoddy quality and want to return the items -- they send yu an email explaining that for a refund you are personally responsible for shipping the items back to Guanzhou, China. The postage will likely cost as much as the items were worth in the first place. If you balk, they offer a 15% refund on the spot. For me, that would have been about $ 7 on a $ 48 purchase. Their web site and their ads never mention that they ship from China or that you're stuck with returning inferior products at your own expense. Infuriating. A good lesson.
This just may be the worst purchase I ever made. Prices seem good and pictures are pretty BUT the clothing is not as described and cheaply made. A `knitted sweater' was a very thin printed fleece, not knitted at all.
The jeans arrived with a tear in the top front of leg and a shirt had a seam that wasn't sewn completely. Customer service ( Christine Wu) offered me 15% off jeans to get them repaired. I wanted to return the items, had to take pictures of each of the 8 items in their original packaging with item numbers and each postal bag with the tracking numbers ( order came in 5 different packages, one never arrived). After doing this, I was given a return authorization number and another offer for 15% off entire purchase to keep it. I was also warned that returns shipped back to China at my expense plus tariffs.
After 20 or so e-mails and no resolve, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the claim. I was given a complete refund.
Junky clothing, the worst customer service and a terrible return policy. My advice... AVOID Zolucky and save yourself the time and aggravation.
I love all my dresses bought here! They are so affordable, but the quality is so good that it makes me feel like I have such a luxurious wardrobe. I recommend them to all my friends especially thanks to the great internet service. Your delivery is fast, but your email responses are even faster! Thank you girls!

I love it, it's my favorite online fashion store. I bought the light green dress. I absolutely love it. Fast shipping, free shipping. No problems, arrived in two weeks. The dress is of high quality, beautiful. I am so in love with my purchase
1. The article I purchased looked NOTHING like the photo. It was also cheaply made with bad fabric.
2. The return policy is terrible. They want you to pay for shipping back to China, which is the cost of the item, and then they will reimburse you 100%. Which of course is a non-sequitar.
3. When you ask for a refund they nickel and dime you. Supposedly I got a 50% refund - their "final offer." I say supposedly, because they also tell you the refund will take up to 3 months.
4. I tried to unsubscribe, but there is no unsubscribe button. I finally found one and they continue to send email. I put them in my junk list and somehow they've gotten around it.
5. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!
