The items you see on the website are NOT what was sent to my home. They are not knitted at all but printed. I ordered a long sweater coat with knitted detail and was sent this printed flat robe looking item.
My order took over 6 wks to arrive with lots of excuses by them and when it got here it was not even close to what I ordered. The shirts were wrong, the shoes were cheap and 2 sizes to small and they didn't even send the 2 purses I ordered. They advertize under a number of different names Like Newchic, Zolucky etc. do not waste you money!

I made a large order ($130), including several gifts, to avoid shipping costs. Most items arrived in a couple weeks, but I am still waiting on one. So far, of the 10 items I ordered, only 4 were the quality I expected. For all the rest, sizes were weird, some too large, some too small. Fabrics are very thin and flimsy, not at all as pictured. I should have realized that prices were too good to be true. I haven't yet attempted returning things, but I don't have high hopes, based on other reviews I have read about the process.

Very satisfied with the online ordering process and the quality of the clothes. I only ordered a small amount of effortless clothing at a good price.
I asked for very comfortable and warm pants, good gender. I've been using them for months and they don't lose color or ball up the fabric. The knee area is given with use, as with all cotton pants. Very good value for money.
The sweater arrived in less than I expected and was exactly what I wanted. My friend came to visit recently and wanted a sweater with that design, I gave it to him while he asked for another one online!
I ordered 8 items on 9/17/20 and just received these items 10/22/20. Not one item that I purchased looked anywhere close to the on-line picture. The pictures were very cute but a lot of the detail was not on the actual product. Beware if you do want to return items, which I will be, you have to pay the return shipping in order to get a refund.
I did contact the company and they agreed to refund my charge card and did not require me to return the items.
