Nice looking dresses. Did not know they were made in China. They broke the order into 2 shipments. The first one took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The 2nd was going to take and additional 15 days. Trried to contact them vis their web sit but it was impossible. No response from using chat and was unable to email them. Finally contacted PayPal and they were able to contact the company and cancel my order. Thank You PayPal. Stay away from this company.

Couldn't find info about what material was iin the dress. Way too many ads kept blocking screen. No response about returning product which was cheaply made and didn't fit. Have to pay for return to china which would cost as much as keeping the dress and leaving it in the bag.

Sizes differ from the US Size Chart! Many products vary in size medium, can be XXL Women's sizes, when you wanted Petit!

First time ordering from zolucky. Loved the dress and loved the price, ordered it to wear to my wedding. I guess it was so overwhelmingly popular that zolucky ran out of stock. I didn't receive it in time for the wedding. I just received it about a week ago and it is a gorgeous dress. Pictures do not do it justice. I have yet to wear it.
Sizes are crazy. Some of my regular sizes are too small, so I went up a size and some are great, others are WAY too big! I tried to return them but got no response.

Buying clothes as gifts for my niece. She is plus size and this store has so many options for her. I'm buying a few pieces first to see how well made they are before buying more. So far good. Took almost a month for shipment until I received it. Shipping too long for me. Blouse was beautiful though.

Whatever they send you, you are responsible to pay shipping to return it even if you didn't order it! I did return it all and was told refund would be issued in 2 days. It's been 2 weeks & still don't have a refund or any correspondence from them.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
