The green sweater I ordered smells of chemicals, has plastic threads and pinkish yarn loops sticking out of it, is misshapen and looks nothing like the picture in the online catalog. Although Zolucky acts like they are an American company, or at least have an American site for returns, in reality you have to ship your returns back to China at your own very expensive cost--far more than what you originally paid. I'm not against buying in China, but this particular company is problematic.
Heads up. Zolucky return policy requires you to ship to china. The shipping costs are greater than the merchandise!

This company is very bad. They took a long time to ship. The shipment was not to my satisfaction, The clothing was cheaply made, they sent an item in the wrong color because I later found out they did not have what I requested,. I have sent at least 10 plus emails trying to find out how to return the items. The one contact at their service address is rude and made it clear that they did not want the return by offering a 15% cash payment to not return the items and then am another email offered me a 25% cash payment to not ship back to China, This what they said: "Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
They sent the return process in my package but they would not allow me to use it. I still don't have all of my orders, and it looks like I am stuck with l keeping the items.
I don't know what recourse to take. I do not even know where to send the package then document to my credit card company to dispute the order. They are slick people who are out to get the consumers. Please do not buy anything from them. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased them.

I love them! The clothes are of great quality and the shipping is efficient and fast. A representative wrote me (in English) to give me more confidence with my order and they were sweet and kind. I love the clothes, the staff and the website!
I love the clothes on this website, it is unique, comfortable and cheap. They look great and are true to size. I love all the clothes I have in orders over 20. The images consist of the actual clothes, each outfit including pants, jacket and shirt, all cost very little!
Although I read many negative reviews about the customer service of this online boutique, I am actually quite impressed. I had to contact customer service twice and both times the website representatives gave good information and were very helpful.
They only respond with some generalized comment. They literally sent me a credit return of $2.87. Only 10% of the total price for you to keep the product or you can get a full refund if you return items at your expense which includes customs fees and after they review your complaint and decide to refund you. In other words, it will cost you BIG TIME FEES. Just to get a fair return if they allow it. They try to cover their asses by saying they reached out to me but I didn't respond. NOT TRUE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! DONT BUY FROM THEM.

My favorite online store. The 2 week free shipping is worth it and the clothing price ranges are perfect.

They do not take returns. The website directs you to contact customer service, but there is no customer service. They responded to my email stating they do not have phone service. My first item to try was a turtleneck that was rough and itchy - very poor quality material. When I requested a return, I found I would have to return this item to China at my own expense! Or I could take a 15% refund. Totally unexceptable. Will take this item to Good Will.

I ordered a top... They take a picture of the original item and post it online but what they ship is a HORRIBLE remake of the item. NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS POSTED. The top came to me as a plastic printed version of what was online.
IT DID NOT FIT even though it was a LARGE ( plenty large enough for me)!
(2ND ITEM was the same... cheap poly fabric)
I asked for a refund and I had to ship to CHINA... It was a $18 item!
They gave me a 15% discount = $2.48.
They said it would be for alteration! Hahaha!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.
Answer: Since I paid and didn't receive my order, I'll have to say it's a scam I ordered on October 2,2020 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
