I was looking for a dress and a friend recommended this website to me! I was impressed by the reasonable prices and all the merchandise they had to choose from! It was very difficult to choose one, but I chose the black wrap strap dress! It looks so cute on me that I wish I could upload photos. My dress was so affordable and the free shipping helped a lot! I already have a dress, it didn't take long to receive it! I will be shopping here for now.

Didn't realize they were shipping from China. Waited a long time for delivery. Never got the whole shipment. Came in multiple shipments over months. Material was cheap. I should have known given the price. The sizes are not accurate - way too small. The earrings I ordered hurt my ears- they were not hypoallergenic. Can't wear them. When I tried to return everything, it was way too expensive to ship it back to China and they warned it could take a long time to get a refund if at all. They offered a 15% refund. I have a box full of clothes and jewelry I can't use. The worst clothes buying experience EVER!

I usually buy XL from stores but I looked at their size chart and decided better safe than sorry. Boy is their chart way off... couldn't even get an XXL over my head. Then the material WAS HORRIBLE (like an outdoor table cloth and super scratchy) so I didn't even want to give it away. And then they sent the wrong color ta boot! Also, they basically don't accept returns! They offered a 15% credit and when I refused then a 25% credit. I have to pay for mailing the item back to china. It's ridiculous. I guess you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY!

My husband ordered some shirts for me from this website. They look nothing like the photos on their site, they are very cheaply made and ugly. He tried to contact them several times as he received one order with half the items he ordered. After multiple times of trying to get in touch with them, someone finally emailed him back to say, don't worry, you will receive the rest of your order. Three weeks later the rest of it came in. He gave it all to me, as he had a feeling something might not be right about the order. We had company, he showed them the pictures as I was opening the packages, all of the pictures everyone thought the items were cute, when I pulled them out, they could not believe how poorly they were made and how they looked nothing like the pictures.

I really hate dishonest advertising. The picture of the weird smock on the ground is what I received. The picture of the lovely gown (with the autumn background) is what I ordered and did not receive. Another dress I purchased claimed to be knit from 100% cotton and appeared in the photo to have been knitted with a lovely decorative stich on the sides. What I received was a scratchy acrylic dress with pompons hanging off the sides. Because the shipping for 1 item was so high, I ended up ordering 5 items and getting free shipping. What a waste of money. 4 of the items I purchased were horrible. 1 shirt was okay, but a color I would never have chosen and just a totally different shirt from what was advertised. In some (maybe all) instances, the pictures on the website are not pictures of the actual items they are shipping. It is as if they took pictures of nice garments and then printed those pictures onto the worst fabrics they could find and sewed them into strange smock like garments. I read the reviews before placing my order and thought it would alright since Zolucky's average rating is pretty high. I am very disappointed both with my purchase and with all these misleading reviews. Zolucky is a real bummer. After I posted this review, I was contacted by Zolucky and offered a 35% refund if I removed this review. I told them that if they gave me a partial refund, I would add that info to my review but I would not remove the review because it was honest. Guess what, they haven't given me any refund. I see now how they have an overall positive review rating. They pay people to take down bad reviews.

All the clothes and shoes I received were extremely large, weird material and overall poor quality. Trying to return the items is a challenge. Be aware that if you want to return, you have to send the merchandise back to CHINA on your dime and that there is no guarantee you will be refunded. They offer you multiple discounts discouraging you from returning the merchandise. No where on their website do they state that returns will be to CHINA. They also tell you that it will be a long wait to get your refund. I have numerous emails and they ignore every time my comment about the misleading information on their return policy. I filed a claim against them. If they state the truth about their returns on their website, I would be satisfied. Attached is my return label. Even though they shipped to me from San Francisco.
