No soft details. The wrap edge finish was terrible. I contacted to return and was told due to tariffs and me paying shipping it wouldn't be worth it. They offered me a 15% refund. For what? DON'T ORDER FROM THEM ~~VERY DISAPPOINTED AND RETURN POLICY SUCKS!

I saw the Zolucky site and it looked like they had some cute stuff, so I thought I'd give it a chance, and give someone other than Amazon my business.
I placed an order with Zolucky a month ago and it still hasn't arrived.
I checked in and was assured that it's coming soon. Actually, it's only 1/2 of the order, because according to my order tracker with them, the rest of the items are being "Processed". It's absurd! I wish they would tell customers that they should order items in the summer if you want to have them delivered by Christmas. I also wish they sent out a message letting me know the status or my order. I got a message thanking me for my order and letting me know that they would email me when the order shipped-that email never came.
I will never purchase from them again.
