Excellent, I had a meeting of alumni of my school and that's why I asked for two dresses. The very first time I used this service, they were very helpful to buy clothes online, the shipping time was fast. Helpful before and after ordering the dresses!
Im very satisfied with this online clothing store, the fabric of the dress I ordered is beautiful and the dimensions are correct!
Ordered 3 shirts on 11/7/2020. Received only one, the other two never showed and the company does not care nor are they willing to refund my money. It is now 12/20 and they just keep saying wait! It will come. My suggestion, never do business with them. Unless you like throwing your money away.
UPDATE: The company contacted me privately and offered me a 35% discount IF I removed my poor review. I'm sure that's what happened with most of the other good reviews. They were bought. I said I would consider if IF they posted their Return Policies clearly on Purchase page BEFORE someone clicked to submit the order. Never heard back from them. They want to continue deceiving Americans about their poor/non-existent return policy.
BEWARE: Very long shipping delays. Contacted customer service twice and kept being told "it's on the way." It took 5-7 weeks and I still haven't gotten all the items I ordered November 14. Today is December 20. Quality of items is very low, thin material, poorly made, not what was shown in photos. When I contacted Zolucky for a refund, I was told I had to ship back to China and pay any custom fees. Or I could get a 15% refund. Both options are terrible and very aggravating. I will NOT purchase from this site again.

This website is a misrepresentation of quality of clothing, size, and location. I have only written a handful of reviews in my life. I am 58 years old. I felt compelled to write this because of the websites misrepresentation. If this was a United States company or store in the United States I would have returned everything. It is very difficult to return anything. Thats because clothes are made in China zolucky makes it difficult to return items. Don't waste your money. Lesson learned. I would have love to purchase the clothes in the pictures on their site. Does anyone know where they got those pictures from?

They change the status of your order from processing, they actually charged my card, then to sending to logistics, then to carrier evaluating order... but its never really shipped. Its just crap. They now have my money and a month later i have nothing, not even a tracking number. They are in China and they are ignoring my requests to cancel my order. I am pursuing getting my money back through my credit card company

I have ordered 11 items in the same order from then on November 5th, 2020. It is 12/20/20 and I have only received 4 of them. Some have been sitting in Md.(per tracking), for 3 weeks. The BIGGEST issue is what I received is NOTHING like what is pictured! A beautiful embroidery pictured sweater came as a cheap, thin polyester SHIRT. And truly was hideous(see picture below). Another had different coloring, one was a sweatshirt vs. a sweater and the 4th sweater again, was a sweater, but was NOT what was pictured. NOTE: You must reach out to them to return it within 15 days(and they keep sending you emails to ask why you are returning it) and PAY return shipping to CHINA. OR... they have offered a 15% cash refund if you do not want to return it. Beware... the items look amazing on-line, but when they come, they look very different. I'm not sure how they legally do this. I think the positive reviews are false. I tried to do a review on the website, and it wouldn't take it! Images are included below. HOwever, what I'm noticing, is there must be a special printing process as the shirt I received, in my picture, LOOKS like it has detailed stitching, but in person you can not see this at all. Something seems very shady. Good Luck.

After 6 email exchanges with customer service, they never took care of the one item ($15 top) or would admit to the mistake. Instead of good customer service, they lost a customer fir life. The team on this website is fantastic. They are very helpful and creative. They had my order at my house in a few days, without problems, what I wanted arrived. I plan to use this website to buy cute clothes for a long time.
I only buy the perfect dresses in this online boutique, it is what I was looking for a fitted dress and a long one. The shipment comes very well packed and adapts perfectly to my body. At the moment I have washed one of the dresses and it has no color loss, although I recommend not washing it with hot water. They are comfortable and pleasant to the touch. It would be nice if there were more fun colors.

The clothes you are sent are unwearable and sized incorrectly. I did not even receive my full order and after 2 months I still have not received a refund. They say on their website easy returns... they fail to mention that those easy returns have to be made to China. This company is nothing but a scam... have reported to the F. T. C. Do not have anything to do with this company... they will rip you off... trust me... any good reviews they have put up themselves. This is nothing more than a rip-off company from China.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.
Answer: Since I paid and didn't receive my order, I'll have to say it's a scam I ordered on October 2,2020 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
