All my last 5 orders on this website were good. For the prices and with a decent return policy, chances are good that you will be very satisfied.
I ordered several things and everything was great, the order has arrived in a week, everything correctly packed. Both the size and the quality of the products I bought are very good.
They have the most beautiful clothing line I've seen, good prices and excellent delivery times. Highly recommended for everyone and especially for those like me who like cool things like this.

Don't believe any of the positive reviews about Zolucky; they are scams just like the company. The clothes in the pictures are not what you will receive. Try to get your money back? Not happening. I only got a refund because I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Stay away! Stay away!

Horrible experience. Refund is 15% of your purchase unless you want to pay for return shipping to CHINA within 14 days! Cheapest clothes I've ever bought. Can't even donate them! Awful.

I fell in love with these clothes as soon as I saw them on the site. The styles are unique, and the prices are terrific. Unfortunately, I haven't received my order yet. I am very satisfied with my purchases. You had never bought clothes online, I've been shopping with this store for two years now. For my first, one of the skirts had a defect and could return it and be reimbursed without problem. The clothes are very beautiful and original. Undoubtedly, there will be more purchases in the future.

I saw Zolucky's ad on my Facebook feed and thought my wife would appreciate some of their clothing as a Christmas gift. I placed an order for a gift for my wife for Christmas that was ordered November 27. At the time of order, the shipping terms indicated I would have everything by mid-December. I've asked their customer service to give me a specific delivery date, but they just keep giving me the same answer that everything is on its way and cannot give a specific date of delivery. The data from the tracking numbers show no progress since the 18th of December, and appears to be stuck in Greenwood, Indiana. I've now asked a half dozen times for them to just return everything and cancel the transaction. They say they cannot do this until the items deliver. I'm now disputing the charges with my credit card company. Zolucky is nothing but a scam.

I m delighted with this online boutique, the courier company had delivered my package to someone else. I sent him an email and without putting any problem directly, he made a credit in my client's space to reorder. They are wonderful! This says a lot about the excellent service.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds. They are not a legitimate business, but no regulations in China is my guess. Buyer Beware! Shop Elsewhere!
