My husband ordered two tops for me. The product is poorly made, and the shipping fees are outrages, and they would canceling the product. They still continue to send it. It was a big lost around, and the customer service is poor. Again, run and stay away from this website.

Don't believe any of the positive reviews about Zolucky; they are scams just like the company. The clothes in the pictures are not what you will receive. Try to get your money back? Not happening. I only got a refund because I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Stay away! Stay away!

Horrible experience. Refund is 15% of your purchase unless you want to pay for return shipping to CHINA within 14 days! Cheapest clothes I've ever bought. Can't even donate them! Awful.

The order arrived earlier than estimated, good quality of the fabric, it is very beautiful, as in the photo, only that the model is very thin and she looks much better, I measure 1.72 and use size 40, I asked for size L and great because I like the baggy shirt, but the dress has a rather short length, so I will wear with tights since I do not have the thighs as thin as the model in the photo. I fell in love with these clothes as soon as I saw them on the site. The styles are unique, and the prices are terrific. Unfortunately, I haven't received my order yet. It's been a month since I placed it, so I'm pretty disappointed. I know the holiday season is crazy though, so I'm trying to be patient. Just can't wait to get my clothes!

I am very satisfied with my purchases. You had never bought clothes online, I've been shopping with this store for two years now. For my first, one of the skirts had a defect and could return it and be reimbursed without problem. The clothes are very beautiful and original. I saw Zolucky's ad on my Facebook feed and thought my wife would appreciate some of their clothing as a Christmas gift. I placed an order for a gift for my wife for Christmas that was ordered November 27. At the time of order, the shipping terms indicated I would have everything by mid-December. I've asked their customer service to give me a specific delivery date, but they just keep giving me the same answer that everything is on its way and cannot give a specific date of delivery. The data from the tracking numbers show no progress since the 18th of December, and appears to be stuck in Greenwood, Indiana. I've now asked a half dozen times for them to just return everything and cancel the transaction. They say they cannot do this until the items deliver. I'm now disputing the charges with my credit card company. Zolucky is nothing but a scam.
