I ordered 3 items. First item took 1 month to be delivered. Second item took 2 months to deliver. Third item had nor been processed after 2 months. When I asked for this item to be refunded plus shipping charge I was given a run around. The item was finally cancelled and. Was told I would not receive reimbursement of shipping and the refund would take up to two weeks.

Absolute worst business ever! Total scam! I ordered my items way back in November and received emails from Zolucky telling me my items had shipped and then even crazier, that they had been delivered when even the Zolucky site said the order hadn't even been put together yet. Their tracking is completely useless. Got a Zolucky update saying the order had shipped as if it's on it's way to me in Massachusetts when in fact the closest it could possible be is Los Angeles. I can't submit pictures because after a month the items still aren't here! STAY AWAY FROM ZOLUCKY!
