Their product is sized incorrectly. This is Holiday season and when I tried to return the product they said it was past the 15 day window and refused the return. This is a silly reason for not accepting my return as now they will not get another order from me, my family or friends. They have some pretty clothing items, however if they don't OK a return, whenever the timeline, it looks like they are afraid they can't sell enough items and have to keep my money to have a success business.

Return Policy is a Joke

Ordered a $20 dollar shirt, it was too small. They don't do exchanges, only refunds. You have to pay for return shipping to China yourself. Shipping cost was $27.75, needless to say I kept the shirt. They offered 25% off, to keep shirt. What a Joke! I found same shirt on Amazon, less money and received on two days. I should have looked there first.

My order arrived on time, I could see its delivery status at all times, and when my dress arrived I was delighted, the color, the fabric for me was perfect. I read the size recommendations and the perfect size would have been s, but for fear that the garment would not fit me, I asked for m and this is quite loose, I still love how it looks.

Buyer beware!

I ordered several items from Zolucky for my daughter's November birthday and Christmas in late October. Shipping was delayed, items did not arrive in time for her birthday. As 2020 was THE year for online shopping, I knew shipping would be a challenge; that is not my issue. The photos and descriptions are very deceiving. One of the tops I ordered as a gift for my daughter is described as "Alpaca cartoon printed Hoodie". It is NOT a hoodie at all and the quality is very different from the depiction online. The fabric is chincy and while the prices are reasonable, they are high compared to the quality. My daughter liked the tops and wanted to keep them despite my disappointment in the quality but one top was too small. I reached out to Zolucky as I could not find exchange instructions on the website. The return policy is 15 days from receipt - period. I replied I did not wish to return but exchange for another size and noted other vendors extending deadlines for the holidays. They held fast to their policy and suggested I take note for future orders. I am posting web photos with actual product so you might learn from my experience.
