For Returns - You Have To Pay Shipping!

Wish I'd known that I had to pay for any shipping charges to return an item. Fair warning! The order takes longer than normal & each item's sizing differed greatly. Example, one xl was huge seemed more like an xxl & another xl was more like a medium.

The clothes are oversized and not what I expected in quality. They ship from China so it can take months to get what you ordered. When I complained about late shipments, I got canned responses about being patient. They have no offices or warehouses in the U.S. You can't speak to anyone in person. WATCH OUT. You have to return items within 15 days, which is expensive because they ship items separately and you must ship directly to China which could involve custom duties, fees and taxes. When they respond to your email, they use different first names and boilerplate responses. When they offer to refund a small percentage, they refuse to refund for the entire purchase amount, and instead pick out one item($3.52). They do not deal with their customers in good-faith.

Not Zolucky!:-(

I do not typically write reviews unless something is off the charts, good or bad. I would not recommend this site if you are a customer that cares about quality. I have never seen nor felt some of the types of materials used in the fabrication of these products. I received a $2.55 free gift with my purchase of about $200. The $2 gift and a pair of socks were the best part of the experience with this provider. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. That is so true, and I would add photos, but that will not help, as it was the online photos that encouraged me to buy. I wish technology was such that you could touch the product before you buy it. Well, maybe in another 100 years. Also, do not plan on wearing or using your purchase for about a month because of shipping delays. You may get one piece or a couple then you may have to wait several more weeks to receive another piece, and then another and then another. You will not be able to try your pieces together because if you wait on something, your refund or exchange period will expire before the rest of your goods arrive. Finally, instead of refunding you what you paid for the product, you will get an offering of 15% of what you paid for the product. What sense does that make? None, right?
I am not trying to bash nor discourage possible customers, but this review is just to inform. If you feel that my review is bogus, I urge you to try the company for yourself. Maybe you'll have a better experience. As for me... not So Lucky this time!

Not a reputable company

I order several items from this Zolucky. One item was delivered, a cap that cost $9.99. The company AKA as Superlink International Lifestyle Co. Ltd, canceled the remaining shipment. I reported this to PayPal and had a back and forth. They said they would refund $60.15 of the original $85.13 order, IF I closed the ticket. I closed the ticket. Still NO REFUND. I recommend that you look for reviews for Superlink International Lifestyle before buying anything.

Poor quality. Not as pictured.

The picture of the shirt I ordered looked like a high quality shirt. What I received in the mail is a long sleeve, very lightweight T-shirt. The shirt cost $21. (Marked as a discount) The shipping was $13. This is a rip-off. I am left with a choice to return the shirt which would cost me another $13. Of just eat the $34. I spent.

Don't take a chance

I ordered 10 or so items, and spent a huge amount of time reviewing garment measurements, fibre content, etc., Most of the times took about 6 weeks to arrive and as soon as I got them I knew I wanted to send all but one back. Fabrics did not resemble the photos, and several items were 4 to 6 inches shorter than measurements listed. I wanted to wait till items arrived to make a single return, but by the time the last item arrived, the rest were outside the return window. I am stuck with them and they are so far from what I ordered I will never use any of them. With a great deal of effort, I managed to cancel the one remaining backordered item and received my refund a couple of weeks later. The sweatshirt pictured below is a slimy shiny synthetic, not a snuggly warm natural blend, and it is very small. Green sweater isn't the same fabric pictured and is ridiculously short.

The product dose not match their picture at all-it is a cheap rendition with printed lace rather than the lace pictured on the picture. The colors are completely different. The return instructions are to send it to CHINA at my expense and await return for minimum of 6 wks. This is a bogus company with false advertisement. For a rating of 4.5 they must be writing their own. They should not be allowed to advertise on google! I have lodged a complaint at the bureau of consumer affairs
