This is a first time order for my wife and I'm not sure about the sizing.

The online purchase process was a very simple, helpful and friendly customer service :) The delivery was excellent and the quality of the sweater was very good. I will definitely shop again at this online boutique.

I bought a beautiful blouse and a belt for my sister in law for her birthday. She loved them both and I was very happy with the opportunity to buy something online on this website that I would not normally find in physical stores where I live. Excellent customer service and delivery.

Shoooing experience was fine. However the shipping costs are too high and makes the shopping experience not so fun. I've already told my friends abiut your website but I need to warn them of the cost of shipping.

I placed my first order with Zolucky. I received the majority of my order within three weeks. I was very disappointed with the blouses. The front of the blouses were as shown on their website. The back of the blouses were blank. After looking at their website again, I noticed that none of their pictures show the backside of clothing. I guess I now know why. I asked for a return of the blouses. This is what I received.

Products took months to receive, were poor quality and unlike photos. Very poor customer service and unintelligible shipping and availability information. Never again.

I am a new online clothing buyer and originally was suspicious of the quality and size of the clothes, also that my money would be stolen. However, this online boutique has made it easy for you. All of my purchases have been beautiful and well-made garments and when I just received one that didn't look right, I was given the 100% painless online experience.

I had an order that seemed to take a long time to arrive here and I usually receive it within a few days of placing the order. The tracking system was not updating so I could not track my package. I spoke on the live chat that they were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I also received a follow-up email saying what had happened and I received an apology even though it wasn't the boutique's fault, their service is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to buy my next item. A very happy customer with this website!

Clothes are not the clothes pictured on the website! Simply printed drawings on cheap white fabric!

Bought several women's clothing items last autumn, tops, sweatshirt, a cardigan. First off, the shipping takes months, literally. Last item arrived 3+ months after ordering. Okay... I get it, factory in Asia but no email updates or info on the site. Then each item arrived, one by one, and I started to wise up. What garbage clothes. The very cheapest polyester fabrics, flismy, tissue thin, poorly constructed with crooked seams and uneven hems and underarm seams that twist and wander. Sizes were ridiculous! My oversized tee was only 2" wider in a size 3x than the "Small" size sweatshirt I ordered my daughter. The sweatshirt was not fleece, no bottom hem, stitching torn on sleeves and RBG would be embarrassed if she could see her image on such a shoddy garment. All the sleeves were terrible, some 8" past our hands and too narrow for most human arms.
My sincere advice is to completely AVOID this retailer. These cannot even be donated unworn.
