The quality of the clothes here is very good, the measurements and sizes are correct, besides that the clothes and shoes they have are not found in the physical stores of my city and that seems to me a plus, since you can buy clothes in the internet at a very affordable and economical price.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. The products are VERY cheaply made and look nothing like advertised. Additionally, the customer service is non-existent and their website does not work properly to try and get help.
I placed the order on Nov 26th for Christmas. My order arrived on January 9th - well after Christmas and completely outside the window of PROMISED delivery. When I tried to return the order, their website could not find my order. I then tried several times to contact them through their website being assured my message was received. I NEVER got contacted until I posted a dispute on 'pi$$edcustomer.com'. Zolucky wanted screenshots of my messages posted through their website. WHAT? That is NOT even possible. Finally they said they would not allow my return because it was past 15 days. This is obscenely unfair and robbery. I TRIED to return the items in their 15 day return window. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Took a month to get my order. When I opened the box sweater had a hole along the seam on the side and the boots had no shoelaces and were very poor quality. Nothing like the picture. The first picture of the boots are the ones I received plastic rigid material and are to small. Nothing like the second picture of the boots I thought I was getting. Denied to refund me of the damaged products becase I was 1 day over the 15 day return policy. So basically they stole my money because I could not wear either of my products! Horrible! Would not recommend!
