Site was easy to use, everything arrive fairly soon and all on the same day, they looked as pictures, and washed well, and felt like I expected. It would have been helpful if there had been something on each garment telling what material was used.
Ordered nice tops in size Small. Normally a size medium fits in stores, but almost all tops I have ordered at Zolucky are quite loose/big at size small. I have to pay a seemstress to take them in to fit better so I don't look like I'm floating in my tops. Some clothing would really require Extra Small sizes but most start at size small. Whatever low price I pay becomes much more expensive since I have to pay a seemstress and delivery fees that are high to receive items in Canada.
Always can find good things, sometimes too many. Lol
My experience with with Zolucky has been great. I have had no problem ordering or receiving them. I love what they have to offer. The price is amazing. Quality is more the great. Thank you The most recent dealings were surprising to me. I loved Zolucky. The sneakers arrived ok but were to large. I needed to exchange them for a smaller pair. I wrote many times with no response.
I can't tell until i see how quickly it gets here and if they are nice. Also Zolucky doubled my order on one top and now they say i will be stuck with it even though I contacted them within 1 day of the order. Not happy about that. Now done dealing with them, it was generally a horrible experience. I will never deal with them again. Their quality is poor.
Items seem to be reasonable in condition and price
Zolucky has decent quality clothing, at reasonable prices. They are not top of the line, but are definitely worth the price. I will purchase from Zolucky again.
I ordered 7 items and only 3 of them fit me well. The dress I ordered was supposed to be a medium and looked like it would fit my hour-glass figure based on how it looked on the model, but it looked like a tent on me. Another item looked as if it were a Walmart-quality top. I probably won't order anything from Zolucky again. I did appreciate that the items arrived in a reasonable period of time and were packaged well though. Just not for me.
Shopping on Zolucky was quick and easy. Lots of great clothing to choose from. This is my first time shopping here, so I don't know the quality of the merchandise yet, but it is a fun website on which to shop!
I like these products and it is easy enough to order them but I do not appreciate the over-abundance of emails. They feel like an intrusion and a nusance. Because of this, I am not like to purchase anything else!
So far everything has gone smoothly. Can't wait to get the dress and see if it is as good as it looks and if the shipping is worth the price:D

I tried several times to pay for this order with a credit card, and it wouldn't go through. Instead a hold was put on my card. I believe this is because I had the merchandise sent to an address that is not mine, so is not associated with the card. Please have your system ask for BOTH addresses - one that is associated with the card, and the 2nd that is where we want the items to be sent. I gave up but then was called by fraud alert from my bank. Only after I verified that I did make the purchase were they able to remove the hold and I finally could complete the purchase.
Make sure u ship on time as last order took 54 days

The clothes didn't fit and rather than going through the hassle of returning them, I will donate them to Goodwill and not be ordering again, since your return policy seems extremely stringent.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds. They are not a legitimate business, but no regulations in China is my guess. Buyer Beware! Shop Elsewhere!
