The day I received the dress I ordered I wrote for a return label because the dress was too small and of course I cannot wear it. I didn't hear back for a long time and then they were going to give me a discount. I said I wanted to return the item. I wrote several times. I still have not received anything about returning the item so I guess I am stuck with it. I will never order from them again!

The pictures on the website didn't reflect color or fabric accurately regarding two of the products I received. I've sent them back and was given a 120% credit which I am happy with. I look forward to choosing something else.
Easy shopping. The search option for plus could have more options to shop within plus for cotton, capri, tunic, etc. i would like to see better description of material ( cotton lightweight, cotton blend, light stretch, no stretch) also if prints are decals on top of material or heat painted inti material. I would like clarity of care! Some are dry clean only. Thats a big no for me!

Unfortunately, when I ordered I gave Zolucky the benefit of the doubt aftering reading other reviews. I was disappointed in the jeans, they are not good quality and of course they look much better on line. I probably will not order from Zolucky again. The sizes are not exactly on target either.
I'v looked at the ads on my e-mail and finally I have a good reason to make an order for my daughters B-day on the 4th of July...Living in Hawaii, I'm sure these tops will be just great on a blond with a tan!Thank you...JDJ

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds. They are not a legitimate business, but no regulations in China is my guess. Buyer Beware! Shop Elsewhere!
