I have ordered several things from this website and every single dress and blouse is incredibly poorly made. They also do not accept returns and after many back and forth emails they will refund 50% of what you paid.

The selection is great and shopping is easy. And the products look exactly as I expected.
I wear an XS or XXS and my purchases had to be altered. This is a problem as it increases the overall cost to me. It would be wonderful if you carried at least an extra small option.
Merchandise was cheap, defective, Irregular sizing.
Pricing was extremely deceptive. Customer service was no help.

3 pair of shoes and 1 shirt did not fit. I tried to get authorization to send back for a refund but your end did not recognize the statement number so after I got sick of the hassel, I gave the items away. Won't order again.

Very easy and convenient. Like the way the clothes look, the material and the cut of the garment. The only thing that I don't like is how long it takes to get the product. Other than that everything else has been great.
Very easy to find things and order. However, I needed to return a pair of pants. Their enclosed order slip is unreadable so I searched and searched on their site for a return address or how to get a "ticket" and couldn't find anything. I apparently have to keep the pants but will not order from them again.

Ordered a dress, two pairs of jeans, and a pair of sandals. The sandals look very fragile. I'm waiting for a special occasion to wear them so if they break, which looks promising, at least I got a special wear out of them. The jeans were too big, and I wanted to exchange. Emailed cust serv, and never heard from them. So I'm out $70. The dress is ok.
I took a chance on other purchases and really am impressed!
Everything I ordered was horrible. It was all cheap junk. It was weird material poorly put together it smelled and made my skin itch. I tried 5 times to return it on their website and it would glitch and not process my return attempt. I emailed them that I wanted to return the merchandise and that their web site would not process it and they continued to tell me to go to the web site to make the return. And they continued to tell me that they had to authorize the return and give me a secret return address and if I did not follow all of their return rules they would not accept the merchandise and it would nullify my right to return anything. It has been several months and they still keep acting like they want to process my return but they still have not given me the secret address and return authorization. I also have a deadline to meet their return requirements or I cannot return the merchandise. I am sure they plan to stall me until the time is up and then tell me it is to late to return anything. They steal your money and torture you when you try to make a return. They are one of the worst companies that I have ever purchased from. A scam in every way.

This is my first order. I am hoping the items I purchased are good quality.
I did not like the blouses I had ordered. Silly me, spoiled by other online policies, I presumed I could easily return (at no cost). They have terrible communication, and of course, "return" is at my expense. It's easier and cheaper for me to donate these shirts to a NFP for someone else to maybe enjoy.
Worst part is the bad communication!

Seems odd to ask for feedback as soon as I click "buy," with no opportunity to assess speed of delivery or quality of items! All this 5-star reflects is that they do online sales!
Package arrived. Products were wrapped individually, very well done.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.
Answer: Since I paid and didn't receive my order, I'll have to say it's a scam I ordered on October 2,2020 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
