The product was inferior quality and I had to return it... I have no idea if my money was refunded since I couldn't find it in my bank account and finally gave up... In addition, I had to pay for the return twice. I have no idea why since it had something to do with the UPS part of the overall purchase... I hate to complain but it was a frustrating experience...

Like the designs and color palettes. Prices are great. However, the sizing is all over the place. It's not consistent. Size 38 shoes too small. Medium top too small. Large top really big. And they don't do exchanges. And customers have to return items to China when the company has a west coast address. I just don't like how they do business. I'm stuck with two tops that don't fit and will cost me a lot to return and then reorder. It's not working for me. I love the styles but won't reorder.

I ordered two tops in large size. When they arrived one was large, the other small. They offered a solution, so I did not have to send back the small top. Hate returns!

Your size chart for the US is incorrect. The Items run 3 sizes smaller. I wear a 2x and ordered a 4x and 5x, the 4x was a waste of my money and made very cheaply.

This is my first order from Zolucky, so I cannot discuss the merchandise quality, but the advertising was good and the ordering process amazingly clear and devoid of maddening confusions. I am tearfully grateful.
Now that I have my merchandise, I can be more specific. The shoes and socks came promptly and are of excellent quality, very much as advertised. The dress was the reverse. It took forever to arrive and was unwearable.

The clothing choices presented in the internet advertising appeared to be attractive and generously well-made. The items delivered were made of cheap material and were poorly sized. Not one item fit me. The enclosed return instructions indicated that all returns had to be mailed/shipped to China despite the fact that the shipment TO me came from the United States. This company is fully aware that it is cost-prohibitive to send a return to China and actually offers a 15% "refund" if the purchaser will keep the items. I opted for the paltry refund, am discarding the clothing, and am reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau even though they are not actually regulated by the BBB. If I can warn even one other consumer not to fall for the "pretty pictures," my time filling out a report will be worth the effort. I spent about $100 on substandard merchandise. Unfortunately, I did not look for or read the return policy. Never again!

I found it difficult to indicate the size i wanted. I think I could gain 50 pounds and still fit the medium dress and top I bought.
I'm a pear shaped N and large shorts are a little, but not too big. It said they were cotton and linen, but need to be washed separately. Rayon. Maybe?
ZoLucky did in fact offer to refund 50% of the purchase with out having to send back the clothes, that have already been sent back 2 months ago, with the condition that I remove this review first. Since I qualify for a full refund and I want other online buyers to be aware of ZoLucky's practices I did not respond to their inadequate offer.

This site is very misleading. My wife purchased 16 garments and every single one was made from very thin fabric, had poorly done patterns and weren't form fitting as shown on the site. She requested a refund and they first offered her 25% off and when my wife said no, they sent here an approval form for the return. The return address is to China. The address they provided was much longer than the us postal service can enter properly. The nice lady at the post office had to abbreviate every part of the address to get it to fit in the postal form. It cost $78.00 to mail the package back to China for a $300 purchase. That was over a month ago and now the package sits in customs in China... No refund, crappy clothes, and a major hassle and out $375.00. As they say buyer beware. I hope this helps you not make the same mistake.

OK, now I can see that this was for the shoes, thank you> The soles are plastic and very slippery so they are hard to wear. I am concerned I could slip and hurt myself if I wear them so I haven't worn them much yet. I plan to buy some anti-slip pads for them and then try them on

The shoes look great and i hope they fit well. The only complaint I have is that the price listed on the place where you click to get to the actual item was several dollars cheaper than the item itself. I don't like the bait and switch technique

Everything looks really nice on their website. Received my stuff in a pretty timely manner. Was NOT happy with their return policy. They don't want their stuff back and they only offer u 40% of what u pay for it. Total ripoff
Product was not as pictured on the webpage. The dress showed it had a lot of flare on the skirt. It had none.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
