Very low quality clothing and sizing is way off... by several sizes

The Blue dress was too tight in the top. The white top was too big in the top. I have only received these 2 items and a hat and a bracelet. What I asked for was a refund for these 2 items. I have not received the other 4 items as 4/1/21 5 M CST

I got here from shopping Zulilly so I added my order here and the went back to Zulilly and lost this order. I thought I was on the same site. I could not place my Zulilly and Zolucky orders together. I am still a little Leary. I hope I will see these products as expected.

Some great end of season bargains. Looking forward to trying these new products.

The service was fine but I am in the process of returning all items. You sizes are not true to size. They run very small.

Had trouble with ordering by computer at first but company helped me to get it taken care of.

It appears you are ordering from California and if the items have to be returned that it is an easy process. In fact, their website states returns are easy and you will receive a refund within a week. Here is the problem. I ordered 4 dresses, but have only received 3, so far. They are of inferior quality(very thin material), so I requested a label to return them. This is the email I received from Zolucky:
Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.
If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline. Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address(because the address on the label is from California).
Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
None of that information is on the ordering website. I would have never ordered from them is I had been aware of these policies. Do not buy from this company!

Very impressed with this website. I bought a dress, the size small in the previous order, although it fits me, the M is roomier. As for the pants, there is a bit of room to stretch in the crotch area. I got this for a workout and it's definitely squat proof. The top also fits very comfortably. I'm small but my shoulders are fairly broad so I prefer the way the M fits. I usually wear a UK size 6-8 or an xs or s. Therefore, I would recommend wearing this one for a more comfortable fit. It took.

I ordered online here a long dress with one size more as indicated in the recommendations, good decision! The soft and good quality fabric. Good price and shipping on time.

Sizing is a challenge. None of the 7 pieces ordered fit properly. Fabric quality is questionable and not as described. Returns are potentially costly with overseas and customs charges.

This website is always very nice and very fast to send my correct order every time I buy clothes. Every online boutique must follow the standards of the fashion industry like this one does!

I received my order not real pleased with the fabric used, did not look at all the same as what was on web site. Most shirts fit good but other things like a dress, and jumper out fit not so good.

I don't have a clue where this company got positive review unless they bought their own junk and posted a review. They show you gorgeous stuff and send you polyester garbage. This is the 4 thing I've bought from them however I got it at the same time I had order the other "miss-represented" plastic I got from them. Again this was a dress. I'll show you what I ordered and the crap I got.

Sorry I just can't spread the news about their deceit and fraudulent advertising enough. Here we go again. I'm promised this gorgeous cotton blend dress - and again I get a plastic house dress. I payed with PAYPAL. PAYPAL INVESTIGATED and returned all my money because they lied and miss-represented their items. If you're smart you won't let them hoodwink you and move on to a REPUTABLE SITE. GOOD LUCK.

Ordered a XXXL tshirt. Received one of poor quality that was not even large enough to be considered a medium. Filed return request and was only offered a 15% refund. Items are shipped from U.S. based warehouse, but returns much be sent to China. Was subsequently offered 50% refund if and only after I remove this review.

Overall, my online shopping experience here was positive. I ordered my 1 dress and another for my friend. They shipped the product on time. When we opened it, we saw that the product is the same as the online pictures. Excellent client service. Amazing collection. I will order here again and again. Thank you

The blouse I received is NOT the blouse in the description photo. Wrong style, wrong color. I want to return it for a refund.

I love these clothes on this website, and I think my order arrival time was reasonable too! I would recommend this boutique on the internet to other girls.
