I bought a very nice shirt on this website, I had a problem with the stock of the chosen color and I had to change for another but the treatment was very good, personalized, friendly and solved very quickly by email.

I had difficulty getting around in the site. After a couple hours of filling my cart with nine items, I went to bed. Next morning, my cart was empty; and I had to start over. After leaving a review of two circles, I received an email offering me $5 for deleting my original review and giving new one after receiving my order. I had difficulty doing this, but changed my review to four circles because each item had arrived correctly as to style and size. Then, as directed, I replied to the $5 email. I received an email back saying my email had gone to an unattended email. New site wanted pictures of product and receipt. I can't do.

Original and quality clothes. Fast service and excellent customer service, what more could you ask for? I am delighted with each purchase made on this website and of course I will repeat.

The clothes on this website are of good quality, exactly as on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but that is not a problem.

I can't believe I got sucked into buying anything from Zolucky! The designs were so different and stylish that i decided to try them. I wasn't thinking buying from China would be such a fiasco.

In my case, both ladies tops I bought were terrible and are considered defective. I liked the styles, but the sizing is WAY OFF for starters (see pics) and the material is not as described on their website.

I have contacted my bank and I am documenting Zolucky's history of lack of communications, defective items that do not meet any standard for ladies size charts in the U.S. I have filed a dispute with my bank to be credited the charge. Zolucky should not be doing business in the U.S. until they have figured out a way to have the marketing of their clothing images, sizing and descriptions match the actual product shipped (I call it a bait and switch). My dispute with Zolucky was filed with my bank and they have now approved me for a refund.

2. Zolucky blue top sleeve measurement is 2 inches shorter than standard size 'Medium" in the U.S.
3. Zolucky blue top compared to Zolucky patterned purple sleeve is 1 inch shorter than the Zolucky blue top (23" length)

The quality of the clothes in this online boutique is very good, the measurements and sizes are correct, in addition to the clothes and shoes that are not found in the physical stores of my city and that seems a plus, since you can buy clothes at a very affordable and economical price and also of excellent quality.

Warning do not buy from this merchant, 1st based in china and the refund is the burden of yours, shipping back is costly. 2nd quality of clothing is bad, not properly sized and very thin. 3rd they will just want to give you. 25 cents on a dollar for the stuff, instead of returning.
