I made my first online purchase about 2 weeks ago. I bought a pair of pants shorts. They came to me very fast. I love how soft and sexy they are, I will order again at this online boutique.

Beware before you buy from Zolucky. Notice Zolucky does not have any customer reviews on their website? Notice it is SO difficult to find any Zolucky customer reviews anywhere? I tried to post negative review to warn customers of their expensive and difficult return policy but had difficulty doing so. Sitejabber is the only site I succeeded in posting on. Be warned - Zolucky clothes may look nice but if you have any issues or need to return for any reason, you will have problems and incur a big expense. Customers must send returns or exchanges to China which is quite expensive. When I complained, Zolucky ignored me. Until I succeeded in getting the negative review posted on sitejabber. Then they offered me 50% refund if I removed the negative review. I refused wanting to warn others of the deceptive and expensive return policy. Just check the return policy before you buy clothes from them. It's really not worth the risk when there are so many other companies which readily take returns.

I don't understand why I don't get the discount that is advertised on the site. I would have ordered more items had I gotten the stated discount.

Boutique online that has a great selection and lower prices than many other online stores. Not only the clothes, jewelery and accessories are fabulous! I enjoyed the online shopping atmosphere! So perfect!

The suerters I bought are beautiful, they meet and exceed my expectations. The good quality, the bright color, the buying process here was wonderful.

I wanted to return two items I ordered as they are not at all what I expected from what I saw on the website. The item marked as a "sweatshirt" is an extremely thin polyester fabric and the other shirt is so thick and plasticy it's almost like a wet-suit material - it was supposed to be a sweater. I was very disappointed. In trying to return the items, I followed the directions that came with the items and received NO RESPONSE! I waited two weeks and then logged on to the website and tried to return them again and NO RESPONSE. I will never order from this company again.

Writing a review of the asymmetrical casual long sleeve top with fringe on one side, SKU#250C99. What I received was crap. I would give it zero stars if I could. The photo shows what looks like a light weight knit. The sleeves are ribbed at the cuff. The garment I received was made of the cheapest material possible. The sleeves are not ribbed at the cuff, the fringe is snipped from the material and tied in crappy knots. There is no stitching in the cowl collar, it's just kind of rolled over into a cowl. I can't give this as a gift as planned. The workmanship reminds me of the really cheap Halloween costumes. From the other reviews now I see returning it will be a lost cause.

I bought a shirt, a pair of socks and earrings. The order took weeks to arrive. The socks were not what I ordered. The shirt is the WORST fabric ever. I wouldn't dream of wearing it. Then... trying to return the item? You have to mail it to Guangzhou, China at your own cost. They offer 15% cash refund instead... but I read that its nearly impossible to receive it. I am going to try anyway. What a waste. The design of their shirts were stunning... the fabric, awful.

The dresses were exactly like the photos on the page (and made of very good fabric) and the earrings were very very beautiful. I am looking for updates and offers on your website every week. I also just ordered like 6 new dresses, some for me, some for my mother. I recommend it to everyone!

This site, Zolucky, is a straight up scam operation, plain and simple. Avoid it at all costs. The products you are sent are NOT what you've ordered. Calling them worthless knock offs would be too nice for what is going on in this operation. We felt what we received was pretty much just garbage to throw out. On attempt to return they said it was a "Final Sale" and could not be returned. That's just another part of this scam operation. We disputed the charges with Paypal and today they sided with us, refunding us our entire purchase price. I'm not shipping their product back. This is not a company. Don't fuel their scam in any way. I'm not sending them this garbage back to hustle someone else. That, in my opinion, would make me accountable to this criminal operation. Honestly all financial transactions with this vendor should be halted. DISPUTE YOUR CHARGES. Don't attempt to work with this "vendor" to get this fixed. I'm not sure if the BBB can do anything with a Chinese company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AS YOU ARE FUELING A SCAM OPERATION... and I don't say that in all caps lightly! These are criminals, committing fraud daily... and fueling sites like this with fake reviews. This review is not fake. I am uploading pictures of what we ordered and what we received. I'm also posting our dispute resolution.
