I have placed many orders for clothing here and many more to come. Any clothes I ordered were great. One had a defect, they fixed it immediately and made things better. I hope to continue ordering from this cute clothing website for years to come.

Wow, one of the best online customer services I've ever had! Very helpful and fast and contact me! I would definitely recommend wearing them to any girl looking to dress well at comfortable prices and decent quality!

The wide range of clothes keeps me shopping for hours. I love that they do it after payment too, which makes getting my clothes out of there so much better. With so many different styles, it's easy to express exactly how you feel about them ;)

The delivery time was unacceptable. It took over a month to receive this order.
Upon receipt, the printed top looked great from the front, but I was so disappointed when I turned it around to see that the back was a solid color, cheapening the overall look of the top. The second item on the order, the printed long dress, the print certainly did not look like the one in the photograph.
Overall, I was disappointed with my first experience with Zolucky. Hopefully the second order will be better, however, it has been almost a month since it was ordered.

Not one item in my order was anything like the photo on the website. It is a complete sham. Im not sure why I even bothered.

Orders arrive fast. They have high quality material. Some of their clothes are not different than expected, for the price it is very worth buying on this website!

I have ordered quite a few clothes on this website, they all arrived very well. The quality after washing was quite noticeable, it is very good, especially in the red dress, the color is still vibrant!

Why buy from this company? Your payment goes to a different company.
Your purchase is all smaller compared with US sizes, and none has the material they promise it has.
They do not answer your request for return RMA, then they write to you that " HBIIE*******
We have replied to you 10 days ago and we did not hear from you within 7 days. Sorry that we can not accept your return request this time since you have missed the deadline."
Everywhere the purpose is customer satisfaction but in Zolucky, they intend to make you mad.
They never wrote back to me. In fact after a request for RMA, I opened two more tickets as follow up. They all waited till the magic 10 days to say you sneezed so you lost... Tip for consumers:
IT is nice to be able to help others understand differences between good companies and few bad ones.

I tried to return some items due to the fact they didn't fit. I requested a password reset several times and it was never sent to my email. They give only 3 days from the date it is received to return items and there is not turn around time to return what doesn't fit if a password reset is never sent. The sizes aren't true to what they show and the quality is not what I thought it was going to be. A large is more like a medium compared to stores.

I like the dresses and blouses that I have bought here, I like the style and the fabric, the price is fair and the shipping fees are really low.

I sill have not received my refund and they got the coat back. It took forever for the coat to even get here. I am talking months and now i want my refund

I ordered 10 items. ALL were nothing like the pictures! Most too small by a lot, colors off too and not even sized right from chest to lower waist. I was told I would have to pay out of my pocket to ship it back to China! Costing almost $70. US dollars! Then I was told they would refund my cc only 25%. NEVER would I order from this company again. One dress looked like a clown suit it was super big and fabric so cheep, stitching done poorly too. Another dress was like a shirt it was so short and the bust area was on upper chest just under my neck! Nothing was made of cotton material either like I wanted. A waist of my money and time!
