I had a terrible experience. The dress I ordered was damaged. The 2 shoes were too big. I sent pictures. I returned all three items. And I did not receive a full refund. Customer service tried to negotiate as to how much my refund would be and I declined. The pictures were proof that the products were poor quality.

I got good prices or great items. Clothes and shoes were beautiful and fit well!
I like the styles. I have received my order and some things fit, some did not. Expensive to send back, so I will just donate what I don't use.

The model must have been short because the skirt part came over her knees. It was way too short for me and I'm only 5'7" now!
I would like to return the dresses but find the Return procedure very complicated. For example, request to upload a picture of me in the dress...! Also, the shipping cost to return the items are so high that I might as well keep the dresses and never order from you again.
I was hoping the merchandise will be nice!

I loved the dress in the picture. When actually trying it on, it seems to dip very low on my chest.
I need to try it again. Maybe I just don't have it aligned correctly.
Never got the order. Got a PARTIAL refund. Will never trust these foreign shysters again. They take no responsibility whatsoever for delivery. TOTALLY DISGUSTED.

Easy to complete purchase. The layered skirt is better than I expected-and cotton! The plaid skirt was a disappointment as it is a different pattern than pictured. So, it does not meet my needs, but it will be okay. May use it to pattern a version and make it in fabric that I like.
It was a good experience, the merchandise came in a timely manner in nice packaging etc.

Great first time experience.
The recipient says it's a great dress and likes it very much.
I ordered 4 items. When they arrived there was no invoice or any paper inside the package at all. There was no email confirming my order and giving me an order number etc. I had no email exchanges with Zolucky and could not even remember for sure their name. When I wanted to return one of the items I looked up the name on the clothing tag which was Noracora. Found a website. Tried to start a return and was asked for my order number. I don't have one. I tried to log in and the site had no record of me, not a Noracora or Zolucky. I have sent an email asking for help with a refund and got a ticket number. By now I am probably past my 14 day return window. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
