Terrible. The Zolucky Essex isn't Zolucky? What? I deleted ALL POSING AS ZOLUCKY. I was so confused then upset over dealing with? I didn't have a clue.
I love all the pretty tops. I wish they were a little longer but some are long enough and I will buy those.
Sizes aren't measured correctly.Returning items takes tie, lots of emails & purchase receipts aren't clearly entered which make returning items difficult!
Such a great selection for womens clothes. I always find something I can't wait to receive. Great styles!

I'm not sure I didn't pay twice,
Easy to order. I was happy when I received my order, however the sandals were a little too large.
1st time shopper. Loved the experience! Can't wait for my new clothes!
Update: clothes are nice, but too way too long to arrive. Plus, the fit is a little to tight on some, while others are almost perfect.
I received email confirmation of my order. Tracking of order number indicated it was delivered, but nothing was delivered to my address. When I contacted zolucky via the online customer service chat, I was basically told nothing would be done.

The jeans were defective. The buttonhole was sewn shut so you can't button the jeans. They were so shredded that I would not wear them. Not as pictured. The sizing charts & information provided is incorrect and you should not trust it. To return items you can't use YOU HAVE TO PAY more than the clothes are worth to send them back.
Tried to return a top and pants several times but Zolucky terms and directions were hard to understand and could not connect. The clothing were not a good quality thin and very messy which could not be pressed. The receipt sent was faded and with many letters missing and information unreadable.
An email tried to come in, but disappeared before I could open it.
Working with Zolucky was frustrating and I continue to have a pant and top I will not wear.

I like your selections - but the quality was not what I'd hoped for
I was sorely disappointed in the TIMING of my (clearly!) a FOURTH OF JULY garment. I'm not apt to wear our Stars and Stripes any other day other than the 4th- or perhaps on Memorial Day. It arrived WAY LATER than the first 2 garments. On a happier note, I love the long dress (blue pattern) and the white-with-lacy touches pair of Capri pants. I guess I'll just wear the 'flag' shirt NEXT year.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
