I could not find your return policy. I sure hope I am able to return these items if they are not what I expected.

Always good online service. I have been shopping for clothes here for about a year and never had a problem with them. Their customer service staff is also quick to address any concerns you may have regarding the orders I have placed.
I bought a few items from Plus size collection, labeled 3XL(a top and shorts) and 5XL(dress). I normally wear 2XL but none of the above fits. When I asked for return i received the following:
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
I am being blackmailed into accepting 15% refund. This policy is not listed on the website under "Returns and exchanges" - they reveal it in the e-mail

Took me a full day to be ready to fight through everything again just to order something else to get the free shipping. Almost didn't go back to finish. Now I looked at the return policy and things can't be opened or I can't return them. How do I try on the clothing with out opening them up? This is my first order, this stuff better be good or I will never waist so much time again.

I loved everything I asked for, good quality and good sizes, I will ask for insurance again. The price is the best they have.
I purchase three shirts from Zolucky. The first shirt arrived a month later and it was not what I ordered. The second shirt was of poor quality, but at least it was like the picture on line. I am still waiting for the third shirt. The company claims that that was delivered; but I never got it and all they tell me is to call the post office. It has been over two months.

Experience was quite humorous. Saw the ad several times. Overlooked the specific item that I purchased. Once I saw the item, I knew I had to have it, lol. So I looked around@ Zolucky n nothin what I saw tickled my fancy, til I saw the shirt I purchased. Great material quality n very funny. I highly recommend for all grandmothers.
