First time ever buying clothing overseas! So far it was so easy especially with all the measurements included. Reasonable prices as well :)
I''m skeptical about buying clothes online from company I'm not familiar with. The clothes came quickly, and were inexpensive. The only good thing I can say. They told me to return would have cost more than I paid. The package had a NY return address, but the email response was return to China. They offered 15% refund. I said give me the refund. They are going to Goodwill. Not worth the expense or time.
Fast online transactions and great clothes. The pants that I buy here are my favorites among all. They are very comfortable to wear and fit my butt perfectly. I have not found a similar website as good as this one.
My only problem is one of my shirts was a different color than I chose, plus the material is different than I thought.

Over all I am happy with the order. My problem is with the quality of 2 pairs of capri pants. They are less than paper thin, not happy at all. Another issue is with the website. I have signed up but every time I hit the sign in it does nothing. Not a big deal but, BTW... did not receive my free item.
Website REALLY slow, kept reloading over several days time. Stopped shopping because it was so frustrating. Love your options, looking forward to receiving my order!
My bathing suit had one of the straps sewn so it was permanently twisted around twice. I was told that there are no returns on bathing suits. I understood that I would not be able to return it if I didn't like the fit or color, but assumed that defective items could be returned. I knew this would be cheap clothing, but the fabrics that my dresses are made of are even cheaper than I had imagined. One dress is similar to the picture, but not the same and is not as cute as shown.

Several dresses I ordered were as pictured. One dress was NOT as pictured. Color shift where photo online looked rust colored and actual dress was hideous shade of orange/red. When I tried to return it, I received all kinds of excuses. Saying return postage would be up to $20.

These products come from China. It takes about 3 weeks to get them, and if they do not fit, you are offered 15% and you can keep your items or you can mail them back to China--which would be ridiculously expensive. So now I have 2 clothing items that smell funny and do not fit. What a scam!

Didn't get my 50% off discount in my email within my 40 minutes of being on your website, and when I went to check out, I lost the extra 10% discount that I had put in.
The shirt I ordered in medium was much too small-even though that is my usual size. The postage to return it to China was more than I paid so I donated it and learned my lesson. I won't buy any more products that are shipped from China.
My shopping experience was quick and easy. I can't wait to see my new shirt!
CANNOT RETURN FOR A REFUND SO YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY!
There are no return locations in the US so you would spend more to send the items to China than you paid for them to start with. The company only refunds 15% of the original price, so you are stuck with terrible quality items that don't fit for very little refund. Beyond that, after I paid for the order, a week later when they're ready to ship them I found out a third of the items weren't even available. Ridiculous!

Customer Service was sorely lacking. I i had to dig through the website to find instructions on how to return an item. They responded with a confirmation of receipt of my request, but I noticed that my home address and email address we're now incorrect on their site. Funny because I received the items to the correct address and email confirmations we're also previously received. It's been 3 wks now and still have not heard from them about a return receipt.

Love looking at the clothing, but concerns about where it is coming from and how long it will take to get to me. Once received items, nothing fit correctly and if wishing to return, would need to ship it back overseas with huge cost.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.
