Fabric & poorly made too
Everything went fine... The clothes are made a little cheaper than I expected... I ordered shoes but only one pair fit... The other my toes hang over the edge?
The products are advertised as cotton blend and they all came 100% polyester. When I tried to return them, i was told that i would need to ship to China, although the clothes came from the warehouse in US. Long story short, the parcel is stuck in customs for more than a month which seems like another game on the part of ZOLUCKY. Finally they decided to give me refund and they figured that they will give me refund for 1 item instead of 3... as in their system it shows only the las shipment that came for this order. I have no words, I was in communication with Zolucky for the last 2 weeks and I am very frustrated that they take the customers for the fool and do dirty tricks to keep the customers money. NO SHAME! I hope my review will save some people headaches to deal with unreliable company where the mission is to cheat the customers!

Hello, my name is xxx and I want to recommend the online boutique because they have the correct sizes, the colors of the clothes are beautiful and the delivery was in less than two weeks.
Item arrived but sadly the quality and the look was nothing like described or pictured on website page, I knew I was taking a chance but never again!
I'M FORCED TO GIVE THIS COMPANY A STAR! IT DESERVES <0 STARS!
Please just look at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating and the customer reviews on that site! I had the exact same experience... clothing is cheap and unwearable, NOT AS DESCRIBED!, return policy is ridiculous (you must pay for shipping back to China... even though the packages are sent from California and have a California return address on the outside label!... all within a short time frame, even though it takes weeks to receive anything in the first place... and they won't refund your money until they receive items back in China and inspect/decide... if the items don't get sent back to you first!). There is no way to review items on their site, so all you see are fake 5 star reviews! There is no number for customer service, just an email system that, if/when answered, is numerous different people trying to get you to keep items for a discount! I was also told that they sent return instructions, but I never received them and they wouldn't re-send info when I asked! THIS IS A SCAM!

The website was easy to navigate however the shipping time took well over a month. The clothing looks nothing like what you see in the pictures and the material is terrible. It says cotton but its some weird polyester material that is very ill fitting. The clothes were also extremely oversized and thin.
So bad quality I will never shop here again. Could not return the products or I would only get 15% back. Took forever - weeks for them to arrive.

I was thrilled with my first order and the doz sundresses purchased months ago. Other several garments in that same order had sizes way off base so I gave them away because shipping was not worth returning. Recently, I ordered dozen more of knit sundresses in same colors as last time which are shown in ad as same as prior... Except they weren't... not even close to same color except for the black. Wine is now Santa red and army green is gross green. So I am unsubscribing so i won't be tempted again. Love the styles. Site does not have ability to hold choices long enough to go back/forth. Yet it can send me 1-2 daily reminders of couple which I paused to consider.

First time. A bit confusing/ Wanted to order two different colors of same object---unable to do so.
I purchased 3 dresses and 1 strapless bra.
1 dress did not look like the photos at all and does not fit. 1 dress looks good but was way too big the last dress was fine.
I reached out to customer service and I was offered a partial refund for the 2 items that I wanted to return in exchange for keeping the items and saving the trouble of shipping.

Perfect online shopping experience. Fast shipping, packaging is correct, beautiful and neat. My dress is exactly what I expected in color and material.
"Outerwear" had a hood and was shown in an outdoor setting. It was a robe with snaps. The armholes were too small to be able to put it on and certainly could not be worn over something. The dress material is see-through. The 2 blouses were okay. The map one does not have any darts and fits poorly as a result.
