I have ordered 4 dresses on this website, I loved them all. I had a problem with one of the dresses and you all were extremely quick to send me a replacement to make sure I was satisfied. Recommended.
They spend a lot of time between emails, like this one, and on their own website. So my experience has been on the front side. #1 is not having the items in stock. #2 The other is the sizing. I purchased all items that were ordered at size 3xxx.
When the order came I was shocked at the look of the "shorts". I got angry after I looked through the entire order all of the pants looked like my 10-year-old grandson would fit them just fine. Needless to say, I could not even fit one leg into the shorts and the pants. I'm very disappointed with this order but I'm hoping things will get better soon.
I ordered dresses that all ended up being a see-through curtain-type fabric that were made in a really awkward way. They looked like cheap costumes. I tried to return them and they pushed out the time on PayPal so long that it closed the case. Then, I had to start the process all over. They only offered 50% of my cost or I could return to China and pay all custom and shipping fees. This has honestly taken so much time and effort to return, it was a total waste. I would just give the dresses away, but I don't know anyone who would wear them. Horrible product and horrible customer service.

Confused about discount!
I had trouble getting back to purchase more items for my cart.
Styles look great for all ages online. But some of the items are not American sizes. Most clothes for plus sizes are strange colors and patterns. A lot of polyester.
My title says it all. Everything that I have bought has been as described.
Shirts were poor quality and the return/refund policies are the worst in the world! A UK company shipping and returning from/to China. CCP is taking American money through this shell company.
It was fairly easy to place the order. I was very disappointed by the products when they arrived.
