I was expecting a "sweatshirt"however, the material is thin and won't be warm. Also, the delivery was long in coming.
Sizing was incorrect on 2 items ( ordered XXL and received 2XL)- these 2 items did not look like the same material pictured. They were heavy cotton, not gauzy material as depicted.
The other 2 items were too small-XL not XXL.
Disappointing because to return them cost almost more than I paid for them. Took the 50% cash return and will keep and will offer items to friends.
Easy and grateful for the coupon codes which really lowered the price for my first time purchase!
I ordered my usual sizes but they didn't fit. The pants were way too long. I loved all the jewelry and the prices

This is my 4th or 5th order with Zolucky and each has been painless and very economical. My wife is in Memory Care so is pleased whenever she receives new stuff. Actually, we have received ONLY a fuzzy brown sweater from the second order... which I assume was the one from the 27th. I await the rest of the order but It seems to be taking a lot longer than the other orders have taken. I have wondered if the remaining part of that order was returned to Zolucky stocks after some difficulties that we encountered with the order made previous to that one. (It's fine, if it has been returned!)

Lots of cute clothes and that site it easy to navigate
Sucks! I have a BA in textile never felt fabric like this! All 200$ US garments felt the same, it would melt if you got close to an open flame. Pants OK
But the tops not and the site tacked two I more shirts into my cart after I had made my purchase. Two of the same two shirts! I read a review where someone mailed their clothes back over a year still no credit. That why I'm keeping it. So sad and dissatisfied. I had looked on line for gauze fabric, their site came up.

Need to return clothing items. The clothing doesn't fit and the quality is less than expected

Wish to return order, but having trouble being able to get information needed to return according to instructions.
The shopping part is fun! It's the shipping process and time frame that I get frustrated with! It takes too long to receive them! And when I order the shirts it's because I love the shirts that I'm ordering! Then sometimes I get that they're discontinued or that they're out of stock! When I ordered them they were there and they were available and there was no problem! It did not indicate at the time of ordering that they were out of stock or not available! So I get kind of disappointed when I can't get the ones I order! I just wish that your shipping process was a little bit more refined and a little bit quicker! Thank you so much! PS I do love your shirts!

I ordered several earring sets and also 3 cute necklaces I know my niece will just love! Also I ordered my husband a Long Sleeve Light Weight T-Shirt, with a saying on the front, which he loves! But I must say I was very disappointed with all of the blouses I ordered. They all looked so nice in the pictures and made me feel like I would sure look forward to my order arriving! But every single blouse is made out of very, well I'm not sure what word to use except cheap looking material. I did look up at each blouse to see what they were made of and also if they were machine was and wear, but I am afraid, although not a picky person, none of these are something I would even consider wearing. It just happen one of the companies I make donations to, to help the needy was making a pickup just several days after my order came in and I decided to make a donation of all of these to the "HOPE" collection people. I truly do hope they like them and get good use of them.

It kept going around in circles to check out with PayPal. Clothing is always way too small even going by their measurements. Material is cheap.
I had thought I was order a US product only to find out nothing fit. Tried to return 5 items only to learn it would cost me $250 in shipping cost. Don't plan to shop your company. So mad to have paid$ 100

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.
