Purchased 8 blouses and was only able to keep 2 which where not true to the color as shown online. If you want to return, you can only return with cash refund not exchange. Then they try to get you to not return the items and give you a refund of say 25% of your total return. But you get the keep the products. In my case I can't ware because they are to small and colors are way off. Good luck, I would suggest you only order 1 at a time or if you are a little larger make sure you order a size bigger or more because they run small. On the return policy they said: Fast Refund-We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week. RESOLVED :) Thanks

If you want to return something you have to send it to China at your own expense.

Hi, I'm really not sure what size I need in dresses. In Blouses I prefer a lower cut to the front, I need support on the sides as my bust seems to start below and very close to my armpit. In this online boutique I found what I needed.
After a similar orders from outside the U.S., I thought I had figured out how to make sure sizes more closely fit. But I was wrong.
Not only were sizes not true but photo samples appeared and stated they were made of certain materials and then switched to cheaper materials.

There is no reasonable option to do this, Paying to return items to China and pay all expenses or accept a 15% refund for any size order I consider to be an outright scam!
It didn't take long to get it. Not going to order anything else.

Fast and easy.The sizing was clear and helpful. The website very informative.
Of the articles I ordered, half of them fit — the others were too small. Sonce it was impossible to return them to China, I just gave them away. Shoes were too wide and too short. Two of the blouses were WAY too small. One is perfect— the other I'm not sure about.
Will NOT order from you again. Much too complicated!
