Zoc doc is a great site for finding a doctor. Hands down, quick, easy, convienent and great. I just don't get why I get hit up by recruiters all day to work in inside sales their via LinkedIn. I get it, I'm a well established sales person and I had friends that work there. Honestly all the reach outs for jobs to me makes me want to stop using the services. Trust me I love the convienence but at some point getting reached out to so much questions the stability

What I like about Zocdoc the most is the ability to choose from a plethora of doctors and their schedules. It is possible to use another website to get a doctor's review but not to get their availability. For me, calling and booking is pretty inefficient because I can't match the doctor's calendar and mine both at the same time- it is a hit or a miss kind of iterative process. Also, the option to pre-fill most of the doctor's forms through info that has been filled in once at Zocdoc makes it a breeze.

WHY THEY ARE LAIRS TO DOCTORS: If you are a doctor, they will call incessantly, promise you great results (show you how they send lots of patients to Dr X) and then send a contract that says "no promises" just give us $3,000.00 cash. Then the truth comes out! Unless you are taking the worst Medical Or Vision plans on the market (real crap like medicaid, Fidelis or Davis (vision), you get no results! The only patients who use zoc doc are those on Terrible Plans like: Medicaid, Fidelis or Davis because they cannot find a doc with a descent review to see them (how can you do good work for less / hour than a clerk in a department store? They LIE is that they TELL YOU IN WORDS ON THE PHONE THAT can send you lots of good referrals, the truth is that they send you the bottom of the bottom (if you are stupid enough to try to make that work). Once they have your money you are screwed.

WHY ZOC DOC IS TERRIBLE FOR PATIENTS: If you need Zoc Doc to help you find a doctor, chances are your plan is so bad that no descent doctors wants to sign up for it! If not, your insurance company would have a huge list of 5 star providers rated by honest services like Google! You would also be able to call any well rated doctor and find they take your insurance by just asking!

BOTTOM LINE: ZocDoc has no interest in serving good doctors in good practices. NEVER sign up for ZocDoc as their contract says hey don't have to do anything other than keep your money. If you are a patient, Avoid Their review like the plaque. They send you to the high volume low care doctors!

STAY AWAY! Their sales people make promises they don't deliver. We paid them $3,000 for the year and in three months have no results - only excuses. Their search engines don't work properly and they keep telling us they've improved them. Save your money and STAY AWAY from ZocDoc.

Avoid this site/app at all costs. I scheduled two appointments, both on the same day because of my packed work schedule. Thinking I was ok, I put it out of my mind until I only received one confirmation. Turns out, somehow their system scheduled my appointment 2 days prior. I received no notice from ZocDoc or the provider. When I found the error, the doctor said they will not see me on any other date because I no showed. Thanks ZocDoc!
