ZocDoc allows me to make appointments without having to listen to a laundry list of options before talking with someone. And if there is ever the slightest problem, not even ZocDoc's fault, they send an email apology right away. Once I even received a small gift certificate for Amazon. It's really a good service!

I really like that I am able to look at my test results and communicate with Dr. Allred via e-mail. She has been very responsive.

I have no quarrel with Zoc Doc as I have experienced it but I'm not sure what it does for me. I prefer to be in direct personal contact with my doctor when it's possible. Doing the preliminary paper work ahead of time is an advantage I appreciate. That's about all i have to say at this time.

I move around quite a bit, ZocDoc helps me to find physicians and other medical professionals quickly. I can also keep track of all of the doctors I've seen in the past.
Great service also, one time a new doctor canceled my appointment without letting me know and ZocDoc intervened. Great idea

Great customer service. Convenient. I would recommend calling the doctor you made an appt. With to make sure everything went through--I had an experience where there was a lag in updating available times online to see a specific Dr. and had to reschedule. Customer rep handled everything very well though

I was able to make an appointment with my dentist on -line. It was very quick and easy. The office called and confirmed. Everyone was happy.

Easy to find a doctor and book an appointment. Best part is all the paper work I could pre-fill out online before ever stepping foot in the door.

Great app, very user friendly. Clean layout/flow, nice color scheme, great quality doctors and decent selection.

Two areas of improvement:
1. Adding more doctors
2. Love the text reminder feature, please add a google map link in addition to the phone #.

My experience with ZocDoc has been awesome. It is simple and easy to schedule, change or cancel appointments and also to find specialty doctors.

Superior. Reviews by patients indicated the opthamologist was older, wiser, experienced and actually listened to problems. The website indicated if that doctor was taking new patients and which insurance. Best of all, I got an appt within 3 days without having to call anyone. Staff lived up to their billing, as did the doc. I'll use ZocDoc again for sure.

I did not book this appointment. How dare they make additional appointments with other doctors using my information.
