ZocDoc is amazing! I just graduated from college and moved to a new city, so I was really nervous about having to find all new doctors. ZocDoc makes it so easy to find doctors in my network, see where they are, and find out what other patients have to say about them. It's absolutely fantastic!
I absolutely love the ability to research my my doctors before I make the appointment; I feel like I am apart of the decision process. All of my team pcp and specialty doctors I found on ZocDoc after suddenly fainting one day. As a young adult I wanted the best care with a knowledgeable team. ZocDoc has surpassed my expectations in active healthcare management. I recently had a surgery on my ankle and all he reviews were precise in the doctor's attributes. All I can say is thank you, it all started here at ZocDoc!
I was looking for a doctor after I moved in the area. ZocDoc was the first web on my screen. I opened it and fund a whole list of doctors with their back ground information and reviews... all the information we need when we look for a doctor. So, I got a doctor here and I like the doctor I chose.

I only have one Dr. that uses this system and I go once a year. I do not use this.

The whole experience with Zoc Doc can be summed up like this, it is very easy and convenient. You can find the type of doctor you need and type in the type of insurance you have and the doctors in your area will pop up. Its that easy. But not to sound like a infomercial for them but, That's not all. You also can learn about the doctors personal and medical backgrounds and even set the appointment. I use it all the time now. I recommend it.
My experience with ZocDoc has been easy to use. It's very helpful with getting the doctor who takes the kind of insurance you have without having to go through a bunch of doctors.
The site and service are easy to use and the user interface is incredibly intuitive. Just an all-around well-executed site.

Don't like that "voice" of ZocDoc says "Shi-vah'-no" instead of the correct pronunciation of "Shah'vuh-no". Thought she was giving a doctor's name instead of the area in which the office is located.
I utilized your service just once but it was a good experience: quick, easy and efficient. I do remember the doctor's office didn't realize that I had filled out all forms online until I showed them the copies I made. Another patient in the same office said the same thing. I don't know if that is information missed on their part or if the system setup (between ZocDoc and Dr's office) doesn't always trigger a reminder once a patient signs in. Either way, my experience was overall good working with your system.
Zoc Doc is a wonderful app. It saves me time and also allows me to select a doctor based on my preferences. The client reviews are spot on and I really like the rating system. It is easy to use and extremely efficient for those on the go.
ZocDoc is so easy to use, saves me a lot of time and I love getting the email reminders so I never miss an appointment! It's so great to be able to schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments all online!

I loved using ZocDoc. It's easy to find doctors, make appointments that fit my schedule and fill out all of my paperwork online. I also now have a list of providers I can use when I need to see a specialist but don't have any personal recommendations.
Generally works fine and is convenient. However I made one reservation that was never confirmed by the doctor office and never had a feedback from them. Another reservation was cancelled twice by the doctor's office. But I like the service offered by ZocDoc
