I have loved the doctors ive actually met with but ive been having one to many problems with accurate information on the website like hours and dates available also with the correct providers. However zoc doc is quick to give feedback and try to make things right.
Easy to find doctors and great to see what appointments are available
ZocDoc has made it extremely easy to connect with doctors, and to find the right fit for me. Although I put my appointments on my calendar, the email reminders are fantastic-they come a few days ahead and remind me that it's coming up!

I like every thing I have experienced with ZocDoc. The ability to make your own appointments is great. And I also like being able to go back and change appointments. I just wish all Doctors and Dentists belonged to the system.
It has been a hit or miss. It would be nice to have the doctors vetted more carefully so that they do not overbook. I have had a bad experience going to a GYN that 1. Shared an office with another doctor and did not even have a front desk rep. To greet and assist me. 2. waited 40 minutes and no one came to even help me. I left because i was on a lunch break appointment and could not wait any longer. I like to ease of ZocDoc itself but there needs to be stricter monitoring of the doctors listed so that they have genuine appointments and not queues. It would also be nice to be able to have a sorting option for availability on weekends and nights.

I found a new primary care doctor on the site, and I really like him! When it came time for me to find a new doctor for my son, there was limited choices in my area, so I ended up just googling and found a new doctor that was rated high.
I've had nothing but extremely positive experiences with ZocDoc. I moved to LA over a year ago and was struggling to find health care providers I trusted. ZocDoc proved to be a great resource to search for doctors in my network who have positive reviews from other patients. In one case, I did have a doctor cancel the appointment I made on ZocDoc because the office wasn't open on the day listed online. A member of ZocDoc's customer services abruptly contacted me to evaluate the circumstances and instructed me that the office should not have listed availability for a day they were closed and provided me with a 5 dollar gift card for my struggle. I really value the care ZocDoc takes with ensuring the system is working correctly in addition to the ease and accessibility of the product.

Great easy flowing website. All necessary info is clear and to the point. No digging through menus to get to the info you want. I love this site and it will only be getting better!

ZocDoc was very easy to use. I was able to schedule with my existing provider and utilize the website to find a phenomenal dentist without the hassle of calling the office.

It's a very helpful site, used it to find my new doctors when I moved to different state. Also helped with locations and suggestions.
The ratings you give to businesses are way off base. For example, you gave a 5 star rating for Accuvision Optometry on 1844 Divisadero. I was led to believe that I was getting progressive lenses and was charged $550.00 with an eye examination. I was told that I had to wait up to 2 weeks for them. When they arrived to my surprise they were reading glasses. I took them back and was charged an additional $150.00 for the progressive lenses. I was furious. They did however throw in the reading glasses as well as the progressive lenses at no additional cost to their credit. The point being that your rating system is a joke.
