I love using ZocDoc to find new doctors, make appointments and track reminders for my upcoming visits or when I should have another annual check up or other recommended ones.
I really like the ability to see all available time slots for appointments and to get it scheduled and confirmed without having to wait on the phone.
Even when my doctor/office staff was not available by phone I was still able to make and confirm an appointment through ZocDoc. This is something I have never been able to do before with other doctors/services.
I really appreciated being able to find a doctor, read an array of reviews, and then MAKE AN APPOINTMENT right on-line! It worked great - smooth and seamless. I could see the available times and days for appointments and when the doctor's office had an additional question for me they contacted me right away. ZocDoc is great.

I am not scared of much in this world, but when it comes to a Dentist and or Doctor the thought of setting up an appointment finding this to me is a Anxiety waiting to happen. Plus I have had many unpleasant services through not knowing much about the Doctor and or Dentist that I reluctantly make on my own.and to forget this appointment that has been set for me to attend... ZocDoc in this case provided me with a list of providers that fit or met my means and fears. They handled my problem with respect and in a responsible manner even calling me a few days prior too remind me of my visit.:. They deserve to be commended and as I am doing this now, I WILL SAY!...:... Thank You, ZocDoc...:... Thank you very much for helping me through my health care needs and worries.:. God Bless you for what you do and have done for me, I intend to see you again if the need arises...

I have had ZocDoc recommend 4 doctors and have found all of them to be good to excellent. The scheduling is easy and often you can get an appointment within the week. They only recommend Drs that accept my insurance so insurance hassles are at a minimum. I find this service very beneficial and time saving for me.
Smooth visit from beginning to the end. My wife recommended Dr. Starr. Everyone was friendly and the doctor was very understanding. I was treated and the eye problem is resolved. I am grateful.
As we all know, finding medical providers who accept certain insurance plans can be a headache. ZocDoc has made this process much easier. What I would like to see you do, however, is to provide more information about particular providers so that people using your site can make informed decisions before making appointments. On two separate occasions, the information provided about a doctor did not fully represent either their services or what sort of insurance they actually take. For example, I recently went to a doctor who was listed by ZocDoc to be in my plan. When I arrived I was told that the practice (or two of the eleven doctors) "accepted" my insurance, but only as out-of-network. Had I known this when making my appointment, I would have looked at other doctors.
ZocDoc is so easy and quick to use. I'm able to choose a doctor based off of what other patient's reviews, which is a huge help. Plus booking is incredibly simple. I don't have to wait for the doctor's office hours to make an appointment. Just a click and I'm done.

This website is excellent because I have found excellent doctors except for Dr. Elliot Shulman. I found Dr. Elliot Shulman, urologist and he put me through my worst nightmare. He was not only very unprofessional but was very irresponsible with me as a patient. After being negligent with his treatment that sent me to the hospital twice he kept saying didn't know what to do with me and asked me to see another urologist. In addition, he never care to call to see how I was doing and the day I called with the emergency bleeding that he left me with, I had to take 2 buses from my house to his office and just when I was arriving at his office his secretary called me to tell me to come back another day because they were leaving. Please make the effort to check the doctors in your list to avoid sending patients to negligent doctors and do not send any one else to Dr. Elliot Shulman.

My first experience was with a dermatologist, and she was very kind, patient, and helped with my problem. I will be seeing her soon for a checkup.
My second experience was with an internist. Before I found him through Zoc Doc I had gone to two other doctors who did not make me comfortable. This doctor is very good and I am totally satisfied.
Save me time to call and wait to talk to someone for making an appointment. The doctor office asked me to fill out all the forms again though I pre-filled all the forms online. I think this part needs to improve.
I really do like ZocDoc as I have found it to be very convenient especially in those case where I would like to see a doctor right away. I have used it a number of times since someone told me about the site a few months back, and I have since referred a number of people to the site. Definitely can't be the ease of use and convenience.
