The appointment went off without a hitch and I'll use the site again.

Your website is a great idea. I'm also with several Weill Cornell/NYP doctors, and they don't have anything like this... with prefilling out forms and info online, or making appointments online. Bravo to ZocDoc!
I like the ease of the application it's very easy to see what doctors are available on the schedule and I like the fact that I can input all my information before I go to my appointment but there's a flip side to the coin I have been or made a few appointments and when I showed up the doctor wasn't even available and many times I showed up at the doctors office and the forms that I filled out on the website somehow it didn't go through at the doctors office and they made me fill out applications again so that needs to get fixed.
I have had all but one bad experience with zocdoc. I wash looking for a dentist and they found me a found on line I made the appointment It came up dental cleaning and when I got to the office the office was just a surgeon. She did not do regular dentist work. So i was a little upset with that appointment.

No problems at all. Very cordial personnel. We usually make our next appointments at the Dr's. Office before we leave, however.

I wanted to find an OBGYN using ZocDoc. First of all it could not identify my insurance correctly and got me a general physician. When I arrived at the location the doctor said she is not an OBGYN and referred me to one saying that will be covered under my insuance apparently which is not. Moreover, they did not charge me anythin or asked for my method of payment saying I do not owe anything. But couple of months later they send me a bill of almost 100 dollars (only for doing a pregnancy test). I am really disappointed at zocdoc.

So easy to use! I love that it asks you for reviews so that more people can leave their comments on a certain doctor!
With Zoc Doc I found an excellent dentist in minutes and closely located. I was able to book my appointment online in no time at all, and customer service over the phone was pleasant. Dr. Tito Molina is simply amazing, he is very caring and compassionate and professional. I loved my experience with him and I would highly recommend him to my friends and relatives!
I was happy to make my appointment at my convenience. I checked the appointment time early on the morning to confirm my appointment. However, when I got to the doctors office, they told me the doctor was not there and that they had not received any notifications from zocdoc. I got my phone to show that I had received an email confirming the appointment and then I saw that later that morning zocdoc sent me another notification cancelling the appointment. It was too late.
I've used ZocDoc four times, and I've had scheduling issues twice.
The first issue was when I scheduled an eye exam—the office called me the next day to tell me that the doctor I'd selected didn't even work there, and I ended up scheduling an appointment somewhere else (not through ZocDoc).
With the second issue, I'd scheduled a dental cleaning. The dentist's office called me the next day to tell me that the time slot I'd selected wasn't available, and that the dentist I'd chosen online wasn't even in the office that day of the week anyway.
It's convenient to fill out medical history forms online, but to be honest, it's probably less of a hassle to schedule appointments over the phone.

I found ZocDoc and was able to book an appointment late at night (which is when I generally have the time to do these things!) AND confirm that the doctor accepted my insurance (how awesome is that?!). ZD makes it so easy, and I will definitely use again... wish all my Dr's were signed up!
I would love to be able to filter by hours/days available so that I can only see a list of doctors who are available in the times when I'm free.

I came across the ZocDoc option while searching for a new general practitioner after my new insurance took effect. It made the hassle of calling a doctor's office to make an appointment unnecessary since ZocDoc offered all the available appointments hours with a range of dates to work around my schedule. On top of all this, ZocDoc made the registration task for my new doctor's office quick and simple by providing me the forms online. Never has an appointment been so easy to make, and never again will I call a doctor's office.
ZocDoc was/is very helpful and offers lots of information. I was able to read reviews on the doctors and make a good decision when choosing who I wanted to go see. ZocDoc also sent reminders and that was needed with my busy life!
Dr. Hofmann is simply an amazing Dr. I had her before she left Mary's Center and searched to find her again. She is so caring and compassionate. I simply love my experiences with her. If I could rate higher I would! She's my PCP! And I recommend her to everyone!
I've found some great doctors, have easily scheduled several appointments and even received exceptional customer service when I did experience an issue.
