I needed a dermatologist asap and found a doctor within 5 miles of my location and was able to make appointment on ZocDoc website for same day.

My appointment was cancelled 3 times in a row. First time i got to know when i was at doctor's clinic. Why Zocdoc will show open slot if doctor is not available during that time.

I took day off from office and drove 10-15 miles for my appointment and got to know it is cancelled.

I will never recommend to any of my friend.

Besides a list of doctors based on one's search criteria, one is also able to see what appointments are immediately available.

Making appointments and finding a doctor is so easy. However, on a recent search for dermatologists in the Pompano Beach area I was being shown some that were 45 and 50 miles away. Try to keep things more local.

Beware made an appointment on this website to see a doctor. First time patient filled out all the online paperwork. The appointment was never made. The employee at the doctors office said that the site only suggest an appointment. I took today off work I never got to see the Doctor

ZocDoc has always provided me with excellent service. Arranging for physician appointments on my computer at my convenience is great compared to the alternative -- being on hold trying to get an appointment. And it always works. Rescheduling and/or cancelling an appointment is just as easy and convenient.

Clean, easy interface. Finding doctors is painless. A few times appointments show up as available on the site, but then the doctor's office will call to let me know that that time isn't available and I reschedule. Figure they're still working out the kinks. Customer service is impeccable and personable!

ZocDoc makes it so easy to book an appointment online--you can easily see what's available instead of having to make a phone call. The complicated part is finding a provider, since a simple search by your insurance doesn't guarantee that they are in-network. There are unfortunately a lot of providers who are still not part of ZocDoc. For what it is, it works great!

Excellent experience. On time, very efficient, friendly service and most importantly helped with ailment.

ZocDoc has made scheduling an appointment so easy, I almost want my wife to get sick just so I can schedule another appointment!

I've found that doctors I know take my insurance don't come up in search results even though they are listed on Zocdoc. Also, I've found dcotors through Zocdoc who later are unavailable for appointments through Zocdoc which is frustrating.

Love the ease of appointment making though, and the reminders are great too. Also love that sometimes you can submit your paperwork ahead of your appointment.

Clean, quiet clinc. Have no problems with any of the staff members or waiting area. I would defiantly refer someone needing a OBGYN to this Dr/ Clinic.

ZocDoc has significantly improved my healthcare experience. When I need an appointment, I no longer need to call around to doctors to see how soon I can get an appointment. With ZocDoc's app it's done in minutes, and I have an appointment booked within the next day or 2. Also, no more filling out forms at the Dr's office... I love that! And I love being able to read reviews before I select a doctor.

My experiences with ZocDoc have all been positive. It is very easy to use.

I love using ZocDoc. I can find out information about the physician whose services I am seeking and fill out the paperwork online in advance when the appointment has been set. Such a wonderful, useful service!
