I loved that you can see the doctor's schedule and his appointment availability which enabled me to book a same day appointment. Joliet Podiatrist, Dr. Tiernan, is hands down the most compassionate physician around! He treats his patients with professionalism and individualized care and is a stand out in the industry. I use ZocDoc to find local doctors and book appointments easily. There is no need to contact any office directly and have to wait on hold, all the information is right there and if for some reason booking doesn't go seamlessly then ZocDoc will contact you and make it right.

The website makes it easy to navigate doctors in the area that also except my company's insurance plan. I have been able to set up appointments with an optometrist, a primary care doctor and a dentist for myself and my family

I've found great doctors through this site. It's easy to use and well designed. I like how it takes all of my information in advance so I don't need to fill out all of the forms when I go to the doctor. (Although, this doesn't seem to work all of the time, or the information makes it to the office late, so I end up filling out paperwork anyway. One star lost. May not be true for all doctors.)

Very handy, helps me locate a Doctor that accepts my insurance and also schedules the appointment, no complaints. I use this for myself and my children.

I was looking for a doctor in my zip code and the website was providing listing for docs 18-20 miles away. Some docs were in another state. Ridiculous. Then I find out that the schedule on zocdoc does not reflect the actual schedule for the doctor that I wanted You are better off scheduling your appointment by calling the office and scheduling with an actual person that has access to the docs schedule.

I have found that ZocDoc is a reliable source for making appointments to see your doctor and reviewing past visits. I love the reminders that are sent out about the appointments!

ZocDoc is a pretty good website. I like the idea that you can input all of your information in before you arrive for your first appointment. I am also pleased with ZocDoc following up on any discrepancies that occur before, durnig, and after your appointment.

Complicated: i want to speak to a person, preferably my doctor.

I've used ZocDoc twice now or tried to rather. First time I scheduled a surgical consultation. After $400 and a wasted trip/day I find out during appointment that the doctor was not taking surgical patients. Second time the doctors office cancels on me 20 minutes prior to appointment. My advice would be use ZocDoc to find doctor then schedule on your own.

Zocdoc works great for me. With this busy world, sometimes you just wanna hit click click click click and presto get instant gratification. That is what I get w/Zocdoc. User friendly and fast. Find the doc's info and book. Love it!

I tried to schedule an appointment with my PCP on ZocDoc and I have seen her before. I saw that she had available appointments but as soon as I clicked the box that I was an existing patient... I don't know why... but all of a sudden she had no existing appointments at all!

This is an extremely convenient and user friendly service, that helps you find accurate info on what kind of medical health provider your looking for. All the doctors I have found through zocdoc have been amazing to say the least. This is my go to when looking for health care services. The customer service is also outstanding. You guys rock.

When I called Dr. Tyler Carter's office, they said I was not confirmed (although I got an email with a confirmation. She said they always confirm by phone and that the email was not a real confirmation. So in the future I will made appointment by phone instead of using xocDoc

Had a short visit with my primary care physician; the last before my insurance ran out. I appreciated his concern and advise for moving forward.

My experiences have all been very good. I like the reminders but most of all I like the address being included in the reminder. Sometimes I forget which medical building I need and you provide it for me. Thanks
