I love Zoc Doc but I prefer that they would ask to rate the visit to the doctors not just first day.
I had bad experience with my second visit it means I gave that doctor good credits which it didn't deserve it.

Made it easy to fill out documents before going to the appointment.

The site is awesome and very informative but you must do your due diligence. When selecting a doctor be sure to read the reviews.

I have recently become eligible for Medicare, and needed to find specialists in my neighborhood who accepted this insurance. ZocDoc gives me that information, along with info about each specialist's education, hospital affiliation, and patient satisfaction, plus the convenience of making appointments online. A good thing all around!

Have had great experiences with ZocDoc. No major issues. I hope that test results and conversations with my doctors can occur on a centralized platform. This would be a great place to expand for ZocDoc, barring regulations.

Went to where her office was suppose to be. I was told that 3 others had been looking for her, but she wasn't there-no office, nothing. Disappointing.

Gone are the days of calling up that tiny phone number written on the back of your insurance card and making sure each doctor you want to see takes your insurance. Zocdoc's intuitive search has already verified which doctors accept your insurance, and displays them on an easy-to-read map sorted by distance. From there, an appointment is as easy as a click.

Never a hassle to book an appointment, removes the most difficult parts of the experience.

Dr Price is geeat. She is very informative and thorough. However, once again, they got me in 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Then I had to wait in the patient room abut 45 minutes before seeing her.

There's no reason not to use ZocDoc. The people who make the appointments in any office are usually so busy. Using ZocDoc you're not asked to 'please hold.' You just check the day you want, the available appointment you need and you're done. I got a confirmation from ZocDoc and my doctor.

I made an appointment on ZocDoc and received a confirmation and a reminder the day prior. I arrived at the dr office at the scheduled time only to find out that the dr was off that day and didn't have me on their schedule

Arrived for appt. And was told they were not a member of ZocDoc although they were listed on your website.

ZocDoc is supposed to save you time-from filling out paperwork, this is a life saver. They are now making everything convenient for you, computer wise, its the way to go now. I was hesitant but now I really like it.

The very first appointment that I booked with ZocDoc was immediately cancelled by the provider. The availability given on their site is flat out wrong. I have a medical scheduling nightmare on my hands. I thought ZocDoc might be the answer. All its done is trick me into making commitments that will make my situation a lot harder. I couldn’t find a review site fast enough.

Appointment making was easy but they listed my doctor that does take my insurance as not and wouldnt let me make an appointment with him

I used ZocDoc to schedule an appointment with Dr. Blake (Blake Gastroenterology on Germantown Avenue). The entire process, setting up initial appointment & day of procedure) went very well. I recommend ZocDoc and Dr. Blake.
